Welcome to our charming retreat, located just steps away from Mahone Bay, fondly known as “a treasure since 1754”. Here, you’ll discover the magic of one of Canada’s top 10 beautiful towns. Our home is nestled on almost 2 acres of tranquility, surrounded by wild roses and apple trees. This accommodation offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Watch for deer as they make a daily appearance on the grounds, adding to the serenity of this natural oasis.

A mere 8 min walk will lead you to the water’s edge, were you can take in the breathtaking views. Continue on another 15 mins to the calm rustling waters of Westhaver's Beach. How about an adventure to Lunenburg to see the legendary Bluenose II, or even set sail on her!

We offer a King Bedroom Suite along with a Double Futon sofa bed for kids or a girls' weekend away: Our extra large bedroom offers a luxurious king size suite at one end of the room, and a comfortable double futon sofa bed at the other end, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. In the second bedroom, you’ll find a cozy Queen size bed, perfect for additional guests. Between the 2 bedrooms we accommodate 6 guests. We also have a convenient cellphone charger in each of the bedrooms.

Our fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary cookware and a convenient coffee bar. A dinning table for 6 provides a wonderful space to savour home cooked meals.

Outdoor BBQ: Fire up the barbeque and enjoy a delightful meal in the open air as you savour the serenity of our beautiful surroundings on our deck, while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine after a day of exploring.

You will also have access to 2, 2 person inflatable kayaks for your enjoyment during your stay. As well as an outdoor badminton set.

Please note that in this gem of a property, the bathroom is located on the main floor with the bedrooms located on the upper floor, maintaining privacy for the bedrooms. It's a thoughtful layout for a comfortable stay, and we are confident that the charm and character of our home, combined with its coastal setting, will create a memorable and cozy retreat for your Nova Scotia getaway. However, we will be adding a convenient upstairs toilet/sink to serve our guests needs in the Spring of 2025. We are committed to making your stay even more comfortable!
