This beautiful 2nd floor 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom has a great golf course view with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon sunsets. This unit is located near the Tivoli swimming pool in Sandestin Resort. With the largest 4 bedroom floor plan in the resort, there is an abundance of space for the whole family! The resort is very convenient to it all! The beach, 3 golf courses, swimming pool, Baytowne Wharf shopping and dining, the Grand Blvd shopping and dining, festivals and markets. This tastefully decorated Villa is freshly appointed with travertine floors, comfortable furnishings and high ceilings, and the family room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy a movie. The Gourmet Kitchen is complete with granite countertops and all dinnerware and cookware you will need to prepare a delicious meal for your family. The adjoining dining area offer seating for six and there is additional bar seating for four. Step onto the screened balcony and take in a beautiful golf course view, and enjoy outdoor dining and seating.

Our master bedroom suite features a king bed with luxurious linens, a television area and access to the outside screen balcony. The private bath is complete with an oversized shower and a Roman bathtub. A second guest bedroom suite offers a queen size bed, luxurious Linens and a full bathroom. A third guest bedroom suite features a king bed, luxurious Linens and a full bathroom. A staircase leads from the entrance area to an upstairs Loft with two twin bunk beds and two full bunkbeds with a television area and en-suite full bathroom with a shower. Th\e laundry room on the 1st floor offers a full size washer and dryer. There is no elevator.

The swimming pool at Tivoli by the sea is heated seasonally and is located near the unit. The tram stop picks up passengers near the swimming pool. This Villa is convenient to both the swimming pool and the tram stop.

Check-in is simple: Just park in front of your villa, unlock the front door with your door code and enjoy your vacation!

Cancellation. reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to your arrival date receive a full refund minus any credit card fees/process fee. Reservations canceled within 30 days of your arrival date will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and golf cart waiver by electronic signature. We will also need copies of driver's license and insurance card for anyone over the age of 18 that would like to drive the golf cart.
