Welcome to "Tiny Homes of Walloon Lake" on beautiful Walloon Lake! Nestled on the north arm directly on Walloon Lake.There are two 1 Bed/1 Bath cottages each sleep 4 people (Queen bed/Queen Sleeper Sofas in each cottage).Sleeps 8 people total between the two cottages. Ideally for two families or 2 couples wanting to have their own space, yet share lakefront amenities including a boat dock (bring your boat or rent), fire pit, grill, corn hole, kayaks,& million dollar sunsets.Walloon Lake awaits!
The space
Welcome to "Tiny Homes of Walloon Lake" on beautiful Walloon Lake! Nestled on the north arm directly on Walloon Lake. These two 1 Bed/1 Bath cottages each sleep 4 people (Queen bed/Queen Sleeper Sofas in each cottage). Sleeps 8 people total between the two cottages. Ideally for two families of 4 or 2 couples wanting to have their own space, yet share lakefront amenities including a boat dock (bring your boat/rent one), fire pit, grill, corn hole, kayaks, & million dollar sunsets. Come experience one of the premiere lakes in all of Northern Michigan, Walloon Lake!!

-Dogs allowed (max 2) for a total fee of $200
-The water is 5-6 feet deep at the end of the boat dock, so bring your boat or rent one! This can vary depending on how much rain has fallen.
-Main cottage is 686 sq ft
-2nd cottage is 480 sq ft
-We are just a 6-7 min drive to Meijer & Walmart
-We are a 7 min drive to downtown Petoskey!

The main cottage:
You will enter into the kitchen and dining area of the main cottage with the queen immediately to the left. To the right past the kitchen is the laundry room and bathroom. The living room is straight after entering the cottage. This cottage is 686 sq ft. with views of Walloon Lake

The 2nd cottage:
You will enter a short hallway with the queen bedroom on your right and the full bathroom on your left. As you continue straight, you will enter the dining/kitchen area with the living room adjacent to it. You can enjoy some views of Walloon Lake on the back deck and you can walk down the steps to the lower backyard where you and the whole family will have plenty of room for corn hole, building a fire in the fire pit for s'mores as well as accessing the dock to enjoy million dollar sunsets on the waters of Walloon Lake! This cottage is 480 sq ft.
Guest access
Guests can have access to both cottages; guests will NOT have access to the garage.
Other things to note
*Guests will need to walk down stairs to Walloon Lake from the cabins; stairs do not have railings.
