The Space:
Experience the relaxed desert-life vibes in our centrally located Southwestern retreat. Perfect for both short and long-term stays, this home offers a private pool, a welcoming patio, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The house features three bedrooms: one with a King-sized bed and two with Queen-sized beds. With two spacious living rooms, a dedicated piano room, and a yoga area, you’ll find ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy the outdoor pool, which is maintained weekly by a third-party service. While we ensure regular upkeep, please note that cleaning is not handled directly by us. Also, take advantage of the provided toys and games for fun in the sun.

Conveniently situated, our home provides easy access to local shops, malls, theaters, hiking trails, and restaurants. It comfortably sleeps six guests, with the possibility of accommodating an additional 1-2 children on the large couch and small foldable couch.

Welcome to our home, centrally located in one of Tucson's older neighborhoods. Situated in this vibrant area, you'll find plenty of things to do and explore, with convenient access in any direction.

This neighborhood is rich in history and charm, showcasing the unique character of Tucson. Take a stroll through the tree-lined streets and admire the diverse architecture, from adobe-style homes to Spanish colonial influences. The neighborhood's older charm creates a distinct atmosphere that sets it apart from more modern developments.

You'll discover a wealth of attractions and amenities within close proximity. Head in any direction, and you'll find something to pique your interest. Explore local shops, boutiques, and galleries, where you can find one-of-a-kind treasures and artwork. Indulge in the vibrant culinary scene, with a variety of restaurants offering diverse cuisines to satisfy any craving.

Experience unparalleled convenience during the upcoming Tucson Gem & Mineral Show, taking place from February 8 - 11, 2024. This home is strategically located just 13 minutes away from the Tucson Convention Center, ensuring you're at the heart of the action.

Getting Around:
Getting to downtown Tucson is a breeze from our centrally located home. If you prefer a quick and convenient ride, you can easily hail an Uber or Lyft to take you downtown in no time. The ride-sharing services are readily available in the area, making transportation hassle-free.

Alternatively, if you enjoy driving, there are plenty of well-connected roads that lead directly to downtown. You can take advantage of the convenience of having your own vehicle and explore the city at your own pace.

For those who prefer a more eco-friendly and active option, biking is a great way to get around. Tucson is known for its bike-friendly infrastructure, with dedicated bike lanes and pathways. Feel free to bring your own bicycle or take advantage of local bike rentals to enjoy the scenic routes to downtown.

Parking is never a concern when staying at our home. We have ample parking available in the front of the house, ensuring a stress-free arrival and departure. Additionally, there is on-street parking nearby, providing convenient options for guests with multiple vehicles.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that this Spanish-style house has an older design, with some rooms offset or sunken as you move towards the back. There are small steps leading into these rooms, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users or individuals with mobility challenges. We kindly ask you to consider this before making your reservation.

Please note that parties of any kind are absolutely not allowed. We created a space to welcome you for a relaxing stay while visiting Tucson, but in order to continue doing so, we ask that you respect the property and the neighbors by being mindful of noise and treating it as you would your home.

We strive to maintain an allergy-free place, we can’t allow pets, thank you for your understanding.

Turnover Checklist: We use a detailed 75+ step checklist for turnover to ensure the home is thoroughly prepared for each guest. This helps maintain the property’s high standards.

Noise: As the property is not far from the central area, you may experience some noise from nearby shops, malls, or restaurants.

Arizona can experience extreme heat, especially during the summer. Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level. We appreciate your understanding and encourage mindful energy use
