Located 5 minutes from the QEW/Hwy 403, the Appleby GO station, and to the beautiful Lake Ontario waterfront that has tons of great walking paths. A fully stocked kitchen and 2 workstations makes it a perfect home-away-from-home :)

A few other details:
- We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing, general groundskeeping, and more.
- We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.
- We provide one bath towel and washcloth per registered guest. If you require more please plan accordingly.
- TV: we do not provide any channels or streaming logins. A 55" smart TV is provided for you to log into your own streaming accounts.
