This property features two resort style pools (one heated), a hot tub, full gym, parking and access to beach front chairs and umbrellas.
Seasonally there is access to jet skis, banana boat and, paddle board rentals, as well as sand volleyball courts.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
*You will be dealing with the personal owner, not an uncaring management company
* Six guest maximum (includes children all ages), less greatly preferred, - One guest must be at least 25. Please NO additional guests after asking for a quote! Additional guests upon arrival will resort in forfeiting the security deposit.
* Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10 a.m. Central Time
* Seychelles is a no pet, non-smoking condominium
* No grills allowed on property due to fire regulations
* $250 refundable damage deposit
* All Weekly Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during peak season
* Our HOA charges a $35.00 Parking fee per vehicle. Parking is limited to one vehicle per condo
*Property wrist bands required, but provided free of charge for your stay. They MUST be kept at the condo on your check out date or you are subject to additional charges
