Looked good from far…

…but far from good. The location was fantastic - right next to Tropicana Ballpark and we were there to go to games so that was great. Also the pool area was very nice. However, I can’t recommend this property. Before we could even check in they required every single guest to go through an onerous background check including uploading identification documents,etc. Then they made us download three different apps just to try to get access to the building/parking/unit, very complicated and confusing as much of the info in one app would contradict the info in In our case we couldn’t get in and it turned out they gave us the wrong unit number. The front desk lady was super nasty yelled at us to “just use the apps.” After wasting a lot of time we finally got in touch with someone and they said oops sorry that was a typo we gave you the wrong unit number. The weed smell in the hallways was rather pungent. The wi-fi didn’t work and although we put in calls the first and second day we were there, no one ever showed up so we weren’t able to watch the March Madness basketball games. The second day our building access was removed. After a lot of wasted time on the phone they figured out they entered the wrong checkout date for us. Oops sorry. They didn’t have adequate initial supplies of toilet paper, body wash or shampoo so an immediate trip to Family Dollar was necessary just to use the bathroom. The beds were the hardest we’ve ever slept on, honestly not much different from the floor.
