Opposite the South London Gallery and half a mile (10 min walk) from Peckham Rye Overground or 15 min bus from Oval Tube.
The space
At the top of the house there is a huge loft bedroom with built in storage and a designer ensuite shower room.

Original windows and fireplaces, and more built in storage can be found in the two lovely, light, large, double bedrooms on the first floor. There is also a cosy single and a large stylishly designed bathroom with power shower and bath.

Downstairs there is a substantial open plan German style kitchen diner with all mod cons including TV, and sliding doors leading to the garden; creating a huge interior/exterior space for autumn/summer entertaining. In addition there is a large lounge or further bedroom to the front with double glazing, built in cupboards and original features.

You're on the Peckham/Camberwell border here so you can enjoy both. Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye stations (now on the London Overground network and both Zone 2) are each a 10-12 minute walk. The walk to Peckham Rye station is especially pleasant as you can cut through Warwick Gardens.

Super close to Camberwell Art College, South London Gallery and lovely café No. 67; and also the very esteemed Villa Nursery at the top of the road.

Camberwell eateries are varied and high quality. We recommend Angels & Gypsies (posh Tapas), Silk Road (Chinese) and Caravaggio's (Italian); Peckham's are too - Ganapati (Keralan), The Begging Bowl (Thai), Anderson & Co (general café/deli) and Petitou (café).

On street Parking. Please ask for parking in advance. It is by scratch card or virtual card and is £10 a day including admin fee to manage the booking. Please message for more details.

The shed in the garden is private and bolted. There are paints and DIY chemicals in there so not suitable for children.
