Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with the first having the bunk beds, the second a queen bed and those two bedrooms share a full bath. The main bedroom is also located here and has a king size bed and a full bath. There is free wi-fi for those of that must stay connected along with cable TV. The kids will love the ping pong table in the garage! The full-size washer and dryer will come in handy during your trip. New for 2024, the owner is installing an outside patio. Sorry no parking in the garage but the driveway will comfortably four cars.

a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* The maximum occupancy is 8 adults and 4 kids (under 18) at any time. This includes infants/toddlers.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* Linen & Towel Rental available upon request or guests can bring their own.
* There is a private driveway to this home that will fit 4 cars.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
