The Space:
Furnished in the Colonial style, this resort offers all the modern amenities and activities you could want. Surrounded by the area's top attractions and historic landmarks, there's plenty to explore, ensuring that your getaway is one to remember. This Colonial inspired deluxe 1 bedroom/ 1 bath condo is 516sq ft! The master suite has a king bed with attached en suite. The living room has a queen sofa bed and accommodates up to 4 guests! The condo has a mini kitchen and dining area to meet all your culinary needs! It also includes a washer and dryer, in room safe, ceiling fan, stereo, and DVD player for your connivence.

Guest Access:
The Wyndham Kingsgate resort is an excellent option for families visiting the area. The resort boasts a wide range of family-friendly amenities, such as an 18-hole miniature golf course, large outdoor and indoor swimming pools, an activities program, and a movie theater. Adults can also enjoy several amenities like an adult-only swimming pool, a fitness center, tennis courts, and a poolside bar and grill. The King’s Fare Marketplace and Deli, located next to the family pool, offers wine and beer tastings throughout the spring and summer seasons.
There are also plenty of kid-friendly perks, such as a well-stocked DVD library, a children’s playground, and a video arcade/game room that offers endless free games.

Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

Guests are not allowed to use the amenities at other Club WYNDHAM properties in the Williamsburg area.

Powhatan Creek Trail, Historic Jamestown Bike Trail, and Freedom Park, are walking or biking trails, that will show you historic landmarks. Visit Williamsburg Botanical Garden or the Go Ape outdoor adventure attraction, that has zip lines and treetop obstacle courses.

A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at checkout, provided no damage has occurred.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
If you need to change the name on the reservation for any reason, or modify the date range, or cancel after 24 hours, the resort charges a $99 modification fee.
