Este condomínio de um quarto tem belas vistas do Oceano Atlântico. Como você entra na sala de jantar estará à sua esquerda e cinco lugares. Para a direita é a cozinha todos os aparelhos de aço inoxidável. A cozinha está totalmente equipada para que todas as suas necessidades de cozinha sejam atendidas. Há assentos adicionais para dois no bar da cozinha. A sala contém uma parede de janelas que permite muita luz. Há uma TV de tela plana, cama de murphy de bônus que pode ser desdobrada do armário e mobiliário contemporâneo mas confortável. O quarto principal tem uma cama king size, TV de tela plana e acesso deslizante para a sua varanda privada. A casa de banho principal en-suite contém uma vaidade de casal, banheira de jardim submersa e chuveiro walk-in separado. Descendo o elevador você é apenas um par de minutos a pé da praia.

So tired

I will not detail those concerns here other than to say that the unit needs to be refurbished and we will not be staying in it again.

Not the best stay in Hilton Head
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Hilton Head for over 20 years and this past stay was certainly not the best. The bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress needs to be replaced. The Murphy bed was actually more comfortable. The management company was totally unresponsive to our requests for repairs. The pool and deck were dirty and the hot tub jets did not work. The TV in the condo was probably a about an 18 inch screen, which is unacceptable in today's environment. It was difficult to understand the staff who answered the phone and they were useless. We paid a $525 "resort fee" which was a useless waste of money. I later found out that Beach Properties charges $171. Needless to say, we will return to Hilton, but not use Palmetto Dunes Rentals and definitely search for a different condo.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This one bedroom condo was the perfect size for a couple. It is located just steps from the pool and beach. This is very helpful if you are carrying lots of things to the beach. The condo is a little tired, but the owners are slowly updating it. The primary bathroom was lovely. We did have a water leak in the wall and maintenance showed up quickly and cut a hole in the drywall to fix it. I wish the owners would have recycle bins since we are used to doing this. Lots of beer and soda cans went straight into the trash. Overall, we had a great trip and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Walks on the beach :o) Convenient and great seafood at Alexanders onsite. The only complaint was construction crews started making noise each morning before 8 AM. :o(

Misinformed and Unhappy

Reviewer Comments: The elevator was "not in service" when we arrived, we were only told a day before arrival (Friday) & because it was the weekend, moving us was suggested by Christian but could not happen until the Monday when Brandi was back in the office. We spoke to several Owners in the building and the elevator was not intermittent as told to us but has been "out of service for over a month. Walking up and down the stairs from the 4th floor was onerous at times with food shopping, luggage, etc. This could of been avoided if we were told before our arrival and possibly been moved. We were compensated for our inconvenience, but would of preferred another Unit before our moving in. I would recommend this property, but only after the elevator was FIXED!

It was so nice to have all the amenities available as well. The location was excellent.The only problem was a nonfunctioning elevator especially when we arrived and departed with our luggage. We were pleased to be reimbursed for this inconvenience. We will definitely plan to come and stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice, good location, all of the amenities you could need, what would have been nice is prior knowledge of the building being under construction, the daytime temperatures were in the 80’s and the air conditioning had been shut of prior to our arrival and not turned on until the night before we left, property’s personal had not a clue it seems as to the daily construction, you couldn’t be in the room during the day due to the jack hammering on the roof, so under any other conditions it would have been nice stay

Not the best starts to a vacation

The instructions say 5th complex after South Gate etc but do not make it clear that you must proceed thru the first gate and then beyond general store to even get to the South Gate. The check in woman was nice but did not provide a map and driving instructions until we could not find Windsor Place and returned to the check in location. very frustrating and cause to go thru another source if we ever return to palmetto Dunes.

The room is spectacular. 4 adults guests maximum is allowed for this unit. The family room has a Murphy bed. The condo has a washer and dryer, dish washing machine, and 2 bathrooms. Palmetto Dunes is located in the middle (heart) of Hilton Head, S.C. Consequently, the condo is conveniently located to several restaurants, grocery stores, and Shelter Cove is located across the street from the Palmetto Dunes Entrance. I highly recommended Palmetto Dunes for avid golfers, bicycle enthusiasts, and tennis players. Alexander's restaurant has great food too.

Great condo and golf courses

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nicely equipped and decorated condo in a lovely complex. We bought a golf package and played 3 rounds of golf at the Palmetto Dunes courses which were in excellent condition. Rented bikes and enjoyed dining at Alexanders also in Palmetto Dunes. My only suggestion was check in could have been a little friendlier - more interested in warning me about things(i.e. being 5 minutes late checking out) than welcoming.
