Secure building access from the street takes you up one flight of stairs to a common landing. There is no elevator in the building. You will need to walk up and down 29 steps from street level to the second floor condo. From there you will enter your private condominium where you have access to all rooms and amenities.

You are in the center of Downtown Greenville within walking distance of abundant restaurants, bars, shopping, and unique spots.

We ask that you treat the property with respect. This is a private residence. Please act as though you are a guest in someone’s home. :) Also, please acknowledge the following:

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. If this rule is not followed, you will be immediately removed from the property without refunds or compensation.

QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM. If any noise complaints are reported, you can expect a warning communication. If a second noise violation/complaint occurs, your reservation may be terminated.

MINIMUM BOOKING AGE IS 25. If you are under 25, do not make a reservation without contacting us for pre-approval. Failure to do so may result in termination of your reservation.

LOCAL RESIDENTS REQUIRE APPROVAL. If you live within 30 miles of the property, you must contact us for pre-approval. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate reservations made by local residents.

GUEST TOTAL MUST MATCH BOOKING. The correct number of guests must be on the reservation - This includes all guests entering the property at any point during the stay.

NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE. If smoking or drug use is detected inside the property after your check-out, we will request additional money for cleaning and/or file a claim against you for damages.

NO PETS ALLOWED. If any pets/animals are discovered at the property, you will be asked to remove the animal. If the pet/animal remains or damages are detected after your check-out (including but not limited to excrement, animal hair/fur, animal smell, chew/claw marks, etc.) we will request additional money for cleaning and repairs and/or file a claim against you for damages.

GUESTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY. By placing a reservation, you agree that all guests expressly assume the risk of harm or adverse events that may arise during the use of this property. Guests understand that they may purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in such situations. This insurance is not automatically provided or implied with your reservation. The property owners or managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur.

CHECK OUT ON TIME. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and need to work in preparation for our next guests. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50 late check-out fee. Any guest who is still on the property after 2:00 pm on check-out day will be automatically charged for an extra night.

Excellent location. Owner very accommodating And available Beautiful decor 1.5 bath seemed adequate, but listed as 2.5 bath. Well equipped for family of four .

Beautiful, historic condo in the center of everything

We stayed for a long weekend to explore Greenville. The condo was walkable to just about every interesting thing. Spent lots of time at the Falls and exploring Swamp rabbit Trail.The unit is large and spacious. Everything was comfortable they were appointed. And we had no issues with anything. Would stay again anytime.

This condo could not be in a more perfect location to be involved will all that Greenville has to offer! It was a perfect spot for our girls weekend. Great city vibes for us lowcountry girls!! We parked at the Richardson St. garage and walked to Coffee St. Check in and out was super easy and the host was very responsive. Even without an elevator, we did fine getting all our belongings up the stairs. The rooms were great and beds extremely comfortable. We enjoyed nights out and also stayed in. Perfect location for walking all about town for food, shopping or night life. We highly enjoyed our weekend stay and 10/10 recommend!!

Very clean, perfectly located property! Feels even more spacious in person. Everything was just a 5 or 10 minute walk away (or right downstairs!). We loved being able to go out for a walk or coffee or a meal and easily pop back into the apartment in between. The space is very "open concept" - as the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling in the guest bedroom and there were sliding barn doors without locks on both bedroom doors. Not a problem for us - but something to keep in mind depending on your company/preferences.Such a lovely space, though! We will definitely stay here again for our future trips to Greenville

Downtown Greenville Sister Trip

We loved the location! It was so convenient to come back and forth as we visited the downtown area including the parks and water area near the Reedy, time walking and bike riding on the Swamp Rabbit walkway, and enjoying the numerous and varied restaurants.The only location issue was the absence of an elevator on the property. Some members of our group had developed some knee discomfort during their travel to Greenville. Lesson learned...double check accessibility when searching properties!
