It's a beautiful and authentic 150 square meters 3 bedrooms house located rue de la Tourraque, in the 1st French floor of 17th century walk up building and it sleeps 6 people.

The house was completely renovated with high quality materials.

An architect and an interior decorator have worked on keeping the old looking charm while adding trendy furniture and a contemporary decoration for a very harmonious touch and feel.

We offer you a parking space located in the Port Vauban car park, less than 5 minutes' walk from our BAIETA House, for the duration of your stay.

🌞 HOTTUB 2024 :

🗓️ The hottub is open from Apr, 20 to Oct, 18.
The cost of preparing the jacuzzi is €150 for a stay of 4 to 7 nights. If your stay is longer than 7 nights, the additional cost is €20 per day. 💶 Payment is due in cash on the day of your arrival.
For exemple : the cost of using the hottub for a 10-night stay is 150€ + 3x20€, or 210€.

🗓️ If you wish to use the hottub outside these periods,
The cost of preparing the jacuzzi is €225 for a stay of 4 to 7 nights. If your stay is longer than 7 nights, the additional cost is €30 per day. 💶 Payment is due in cash on the day of your arrival.
For exemple : the cost of using the hottub for a 10-night stay is 225€ + 3x30€, or 315€.

Our house is ideally located in the Old Antibes district, one of the trendiest neighborhoods.
You will find many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops nearby, as well as famous tourist sites such as the Picasso Museum (100m) and the Notre Dame de la Platea Cathedral (150m) and the famous Provençal market (100m).

🏝️ Gravette beach is located less than 400 meters away, a 5-minute walk.
🚤 The Port Vauban (largest marina in Europe) as well.

Antibes is renowned for it's sailing and yachting in Port Vauban and there are locations on the nearby Antibes beaches for diving 🤿 and the hire of windsurfers, Kayaks 🛶 and Catamarans. 🚤 Water ski-ing and jet ski hire is also available at the nearby Garoup beach.

⛳ Golf is available inland on a number of courses including the Mougins Golf and Country Club.Tennis is also available at a number of nearby clubs.

⛷️ Ski-ing is a 1.5 hour car journey into the Alps Maritime at Auron and Isola.

EVENTS :
📽️ The annual Cannes Film Festival and Monaco Grand Prix 🏎️ are both in May within 2 weeks of each other and Antibes is a great central point to enjoy these events.

🎺 The famous Jazz a Juan is held in July in Juan les Pins and is the biggest Jazz festival outside of the US.

⛵ Antibes enjoys it's annual sailing festival in June known as Voiles D'Antibes and becomes the home to some of the worlds most spectacular sailing yachts and clippers.

🏺 In April Antibes houses the annual Antiques Festival which is one of the biggest in France and attracts enthusiasts from all over Europe.

Maison BAIETA is cleaned with disinfectant between guest stays. We have implemented a specific disinfection protocol in our Absoluty Antibes accommodation, which requires a ventilation period of at least 4 hours.
