Situated only 1km from the beach and the village of Colonia de Sant Pere this Villa offers a fantastic seaview towards the Bay of Alcudia. Superb restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The villa is build on 5000m2 hillside land with well established mediterranean gardens.

Villa Espinaret is a beautiful and modern holiday home with 2 floors. The living area and kitchen are on the upper level. The entrance leads into the spacious dining room with fireplace and access to the terrace. Directly next to it is the cosy, bright living room with great sea views and access to the modern, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. A spiral staircase leads from the dining room to the lower level. Here there are 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which is en suite. There is also a guest WC on the upper level. A small terrace in front of the villa and a large sun terrace adjoining the living/dining area surround the property.
All rooms are equipped with central heating and shutters.
Air conditioning and flat screen TV in all bedrooms and in the living room.

The beautiful pool at Villa Espinaret is surrounded by sun terraces and a small garden. There are plenty of sun loungers and garden furniture.
From the large sun terrace of Villa Espinaret you can enjoy a marvellous sea view. The pool can be used all year round and can be heated in the low season for an extra charge. Table tennis table.

A deposit of €1,000 is payable on arrival, which will be refunded on the day of arrival.

On arrival a credit card, which needs to be indicated beforehand, will be charged with a deposit of 1.000 €. After departure, and once the house has been checked and approved by house keeping, the deposit will be refunded accordingly.
