This is a comfortably furnished holiday apartment with a garden, on the ground floor of a house adjoining the owner’s house. Your holiday accommodation is at the heart of the Tanne community with 500 souls, a state-recognised recreational area in the Warme Bode valley, nestled in the midst of the Hochharz region. At an altitude of 460 to 540 metres, it is surrounded by lovely forests and fragrant meadows. Owing to its sheltered location, Tanne offers ideal conditions for a leisurely stay.
In front of the apartment there is a terrace with garden furniture in the middle of the garden, where you can enjoy dining outdoors, whilst benefitting from the extensive view of the hilly, green surroundings. You can use the fireplace grill for sociable grill evenings. There is a parking space on site.
The separately accessed holiday apartment welcomes you with 40m² of living space, comprising a generous bedroom, a cosy living room with an integrated kitchen unit and a daylight bathroom. The bedroom ensures a good night’s sleep with a generous double bed (180 x 200cm) with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. There is also a wardrobe for storing your luggage. The centrepiece of the apartment is the living room, accessed from the hallway. On the right there is a fireplace stove and an open single kitchen in the rear part of the room. The living and dining room consists of a very comfortable sitting corner with a corner sofa (bed for a third person) and an armchair and a high coffee table that also serves as a dining table. You can enjoy relaxing in the evening here after a day trip, with the flatscreen TV with a USB port and a DVD player providing entertainment. A CD player with a radio provides a musical backdrop to your holiday. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a mirror, a WC, a hairdryer and a window. All the rooms have central heating.
A restaurant awaits your visit 200 metres away. There are shops 4km away. Sports enthusiasts can make use of a tennis court and a cross-country skiing trail 600 metres away. An extensive network of walking and cycling trails invites you to go on tours and leisurely walks. The ski piste is just 12km away, so this apartment is also the right choice for a winter holiday.
