This house, only five kilometres from the beaches Es Trenc and Colonia de Sant Jordi, sits on a 14000 m² farming property at a dead end road.





The romantic and exclusive Finca is in a popular location and has just been lovingly renovated. The ground floor offers an open plan living/dining room with a kitchen (55.80 m² in total) with air conditioning (heating and cooling), a living/dining room with two sofas (one is a sofa bed for two measuring 140 x 200 cm), a wood burning stove (firewood is available), a large flat screen television (42 inches) with satellite reception, a CD player and radio and free Wi FI. There is also a dining table for six plus a high chair. Adjacent is the shower room with a toilet, sink and large shower (5.35 m²). In the vicinity, there are several farms, houses and a small cheese manufacturer. It is a rather quiet, rural location. The owner lives five minutes by car from the Finca. The house is ideal for families or couples; pets are permitted; all windows have shutters and mosquito screens; the street facing side of the house is walled off by a natural stone wall. The house is ideal for relaxation or an active holiday all year long. It is only about five kilometres to some of the island's most beautiful beaches (Es Trenc, Es Carbó, Ets Estanys, Es Dolç) and not much further one of the many romantic coves of the south eastern coast (Cala Llombarts, Cala Santanyi, Cala S'Amonia, Cala Figuera, Cala Mondragó). Shopping and restaurants can be found about 5 km from the property. It is about 25 km to the nearest golf course. After a few hundred meters, you can access the bird habitat (guided tours upon request). We also highly recommend a trip to the natural reserve of the islands of Cabrera (leaves from Colonia de Sant Jordi).
