It features private parking, a lockable shed with electricity and a workbench. On the ground floor you will find a heated space for skis, a cosy living room with wood-burning stove, dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. With its fantastic location near the Riesneralm valley station, the park offers direct access to nature and a babbling brook.

The Austrian winter transforms the area into a fairyland with two snow-sure ski areas, Riesneralm and Planneralm, together accounting for 50 km of slopes.
