This beautiful vacation apartment for 4 persons is located on the 1st floor in Friedrichskoog at the North Sea. Here 4 people will find enough space for their vacation.

The apartment has a cozy living-dining room with flat screen TV and a Nintendo Wii game console for entertaining evenings and a DVD player with various DVDs. There are various board games for quiet evenings. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic hob with built-in oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

The balcony is covered, so you can use it even in bad weather. The bedroom downstairs has a single bed, which can be expanded to two beds by pulling out. In the room there is a reading corner with a comfortable armchair. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed, also here there is a reading corner with a comfortable sofa. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds.

Friedrichskoog is conveniently located in the southern part of the UNESCO Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. The romantic fishing and bathing resort with healthy North Sea air is ideal for a vacation with children. The beach is shallow and well supervised. There is a large pirate playground, the indoor playground 'Willi Wal' and of course the seal station. In addition, there are many cycling and hiking trails to discover the North Sea coast for yourself in peace. Friedrichskoog is also suitable as a starting point for mudflat walks or day trips to all the highlights on the coast, or excursions to the islands and Halligen.

***As part of the necessary dike reinforcement, the dike in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will receive a new profile from April 2024 until probably the end of 2025 to withstand the demands of climate change. The bathing beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze is NOT usable during the entire construction period.

The spa park will also be redesigned starting in the fall of 2023 and additional offerings will be added. These include, for example, a widened dike crest path, spacious terraces including a panorama box, and a dike and park grandstand with seating steps for lingering. From spring 2024, the completed event and play area of the spa park is expected to offer a varied alternative to the bathing beach.

Friedrichskoog will become even more attractive for you - unfortunately, this will not be possible without noise, dirt and path restrictions. We ask for your understanding!

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 25.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed. Construction work may take place in the vicinity of the property from 01-09-2024 to 31-12-2025.
