Huben is the small neighbouring village of Längenfeld, a short distance from the winter sports paradise. The ski bus stops 100 metres from the house and takes you comfortably and quickly to the nearby ski resorts of Sölden and Obergurgl. The cross-country ski slope is right in front of the house.

In summer, explore the region via the beautiful hiking trails that wind along green valleys and imposing mountain peaks. The spa town of Längenfeld is practically on your doorstep. Other recommendations in Ötztal include climbing, rafting, canyoning and a visit to Austria's largest adventure park, Area 47
