Bathroom with bathhub,hot and cold water,hairdryer,towels,soap and shampoo. Living room with sofa-bed,dining table, LCD-TV with DVD and satelite reciever, exit to balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with Plates, Freezer, Kettle / water-boiler, Cutlery, Dish Washer, Glases, Coffee Maker, cooking utensils, Microwave, Fridge kitchen, exit to second balcony. Sleeping and living room with parquet,other rooms with quality Italian ceramic tiles. All furniture is hand made of real wood,water based eco friendly paints, all rooms are separated and with doors divided. Non smoking property (smoking is only at balcony allowed) Apartment is situated on third floor of private building with no elevator.
