It consists of three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with a bath, a gallery and a living room. It is possible for three further people to sleep on the gallery. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and exudes homeliness. The kitchen also provides all the essentials.

The most important feature is the 40m² terrace, along with two smaller balconies. The view from the terrace stretches from the town of Krk to the sea and the hills.
