BUILDING AND AREA DESCRIPTION:
The house is located in the seaside town of Radawka at Wrzosowo Street, in a rural area, which guarantees peace and quiet. You will be away from the bustle of the city, so you can fully appreciate the nature. At the same time, the facility is located very close to beautiful beaches, where you can enjoy the holidays by the sea. A walk to the nearest beach will only take around 15-20 minutes and you can admire the beautiful forest on your way. It is situated between tourist towns, so there’s fewer people there and it’s much easier to find an empty spot. Additionally, the house is situated right by the forest, so you can feel the rural atmosphere and relax very close to nature. The entire area is fenced, including parking spaces. In the yard you will find 2 tables with chairs, as well as a children’s play area, which consists of a small table with a bench, an enclosed sandbox, a small slide, and a rocking chair. This location is perfect, no matter what you need – a peaceful vacation, holiday close to nature, access to beaches, or simply a beautiful apartment to stay at – we’ve got you covered!
HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
This cozy two-story house with a terrace and a yard can accommodate up to 10 people. It’s perfect for families or groups of friends! The ground floor consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The upstairs area offers 2 bedrooms, and a second bathroom with a shower. There’s air conditioning in every room, which is especially useful on warm summer days. The downstairs bedroom is also equipped with a desk and a chair, which makes it an ideal spot for remote work. The house has access to a gorgeous terrace with garden furniture – a perfect place for a relaxing evening in fresh air! There’s also a lot of space to play and run around – especially great if you’re travelling with kids. The interior design of the house is very cozy and homely, personalized by the finishing touches of elegant furniture, and a stylish color palette. The house is equipped with two flat-screen TVs (one in the living room, one in the upstairs bedroom), and a free Wi-Fi network. A wide range of bathroom and kitchen amenities (including a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a hair dryer) caters to our guests’ needs during the stay. The kitchenette also offers all the necessary equipment for self-catering, such as a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, and an induction hob. The accommodation is a perfect choice for anyone who values comfort and functionality, but also the aesthetics and a unique atmosphere. For an easy beginning of every stay, complimentary toiletries, bed linen, and towels are provided.
