Here you are in the ideal starting point for skiers, hikers and cyclists.
Located in a quiet location in Garmisch, it offers all nature lovers the perfect starting point for extensive hiking tours or extensive cross-country skiing tours. The popular ski areas "Kreuzeck" and "Hausberg" are only a few minutes away by car, and the cross-country ski trail is also in the immediate vicinity. You can walk to the "Hammersbacher Fußweg", which stretches to the beautiful Zugspitze village of Hammersbach. The holiday home enchants with a wonderful view of the Zugspitze, Alpspitze and Wank. In about 15 minutes on foot you can reach the pedestrian zone of Garmisch with many restaurants and shops.
The holiday home is ideal for families and friends of up to 11 people.
Our holiday home is spread over 4 floors with 4 bedrooms (4 box spring double beds, 2 single beds and a sofa bed), 2 fully equipped bathrooms, 1 separate toilet, infrared cabin, kitchen with dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, refrigerator with ice cube dispenser, spacious living room with large Dining table, reading corner, terrace with barbecue, garden and two balconies (east and south).
In the attic there is a bedroom with a bathroom and a small kitchen. Together with the family and yet with your own apartment in the house.
The large window fronts ensure a bright and friendly atmosphere and offer a fantastic view of the mountain range.
There is a parking space for your car on the property.
