Nice 2 bedrooms apartment in Palma city center, an urban area but with the tranquility of being on a street with hardly any traffic, it has views from the balcony and lots of light due to the three large windows available.
You will find an equipped kitchen (with stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and washing machine) and a newly renovated bathroom with shower. Then they will have two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds); In the dining room they have several sofas and armchairs as well as a dining table; Television and free access to WIFI.
The only small drawback of this apartment is that it is located on the 2d floor, it will take a little effort to transfer you to a unique place in the city (VERY IMPORTANT WITHOUT ELEVATOR!).
The apartment is located in the heart of a fashionable neighbourhood in Palma, Sa Gerreria, a neighborhood with many essence with all kinds of bars, restaurants, shops and urban art. You should not worry about noise or anything similar, being located in a very quiet street, you will be able to rest from the buzz that cities generate and at the same time have all the comforts at street level. Located 250 meters from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major and just 800 meters from Plaça d'Espanya where most public transport is centralized (Train from Sóller, Bus to the Airport, Buses to all destinations on the island ).
NB: A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay.

-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the apartment.
-Please respect the community areas: stairs and hallway, keeping them clean and passing through them in silence.
