This spacious and newly built semi-detached house offers space and comfort for the whole family. The house will be for an occupancy of up to 6 people. The living-dining area with a fully equipped and high-quality kitchen is flooded with light and offers direct access to the garden. On the west-facing side of the garden you have a furnished terrace with a beach chair and charcoal grill. The first of 3 bedrooms and a guest toilet with shower are also on the ground floor. The wooden staircase takes you to the upper floor where the other two bedrooms are located. From these rooms you have a view of the dike and the Eider behind it. Furthermore, there is a small room with a couch and desk, and a spacious bathroom with tub and walk-in shower on the upper floor.
