This brand new Villa Dila was built in 2021 in a modern style and has 225 m2 of living space and up to 2300 m2 of total land. The bright and clean sea and the pebble beach are only 5 km away. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, there are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with shower and a separate toilet. On the upper floor you will surely enjoy the panoramic view, where in the distance the sky merges with the Adriatic Sea. A fully equipped and modern kitchen is the ideal place to prepare your favorite dishes and delicious meals for the whole family or a group of friends. The living room consists of a TV, a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a table and next to it there is a terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the sea. Near the living room there is a dining room and a dining table for 8 people. Each of the bedrooms has a TV and access to the outdoor garden with chairs and tables, so you can enjoy the warm sun and fresh air during your stay at Villa Dila. Depending on your needs, the villa has underfloor heating or cooling, a feeding trough and a crib in case you take the little ones with you on vacation. Upstairs you will also find a swimming pool of 30 m2, 1.2 m deep, which has hydromassage jets as an additional feature. Next to it is a sundeck with 4 sun loungers, where you can relax and enjoy the sun after a pleasant refreshment in the pool. If you enjoy complete luxury, you can relax in the sauna, in a real Turkish bath, whose effect is anti-stress, muscle relaxation and purification of the respiratory system. The villa is fully fenced and has a handful of green areas. You can also use the outdoor gas grill and the villa has 5 parking spaces. Villa Dila is located in an olive grove, there are over 200 olive trees on the entire property. Olive oil is very valuable, it is used for medicinal purposes and also as an addition to dishes. Next to Villa Dila is its sister villa Alba, which can also be rented separately or together with Villa Dila, making the Villa Dila & Alba complex ideal for a larger group of guests! Speaking of cities, the nearest city is Zadar, which is very famous among both domestic and foreign tourists.
