Casa Milena is an old Istrian stone house located in a small village Rapavel situated 8 km from Visnjan and 20 km from Porec.
The house was built in 1930 and completely renovated in 2013. On enclosed garden of 250 sqm the guests have use of a swimming pool of 18 sqm, two covered terraces with sitting set, barbecue, parking for 3 vehicles and 5 bicycles.
The house owner lives across the road.

Holiday house for 4-6 guests with a total living area of 92 sqm on three floors. On the ground floor there is a living room in which is a kitchen, dining table, fireplace and a smaller sofa, double bedroom, shower/toilet. On the first floor which is accessed from the outside of the house there is a living room with a corner sofa and two additional beds, kitchen with a dining table, bath/toilet. From the first floor stairs lead in to the attic where is a double bedroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2024. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed.
