Our service hours are typically from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If there are any issues with the check-in, we are available even after 10:00 PM; however, there may be slightly longer wait times.

Thanks to our extremely central location, you are well-connected to all places. Europaplatz serves as the main hub in the Karlsruhe city center, from where you can easily reach all destinations in and around Karlsruhe. Arriving by car is also easily possible.

In close proximity, you will find the Ettlinger Tor as well as some restaurants and bars. Ettlinger Tor is reachable in approximately 3 minutes on foot. Free parking is available on the street in front of the accommodation (availability is very limited).

Our rental process is now largely automated! If you have any questions or encounter any difficulties during the check-in process, we are available by phone from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We also offer telephone support after 10:00 PM, but there may be slightly longer wait times.

In case of any issues during check-in, our emergency service is available to resolve them as quickly as possible.
In the immediate vicinity, there is a variety of restaurants, with Ettlinger Tor offering a wide selection of restaurants and shops, making it an ideal option for a successful day. It is only a short walk from the accommodation. If you appreciate the benefits of a self-prepared meal, you can find everything you need for your own candlelight dinner at Rewe City – just a 5-minute walk away. Also nearby are the marketplace, Karlsruhe Castle, the Postgalerie, and numerous other attractions that create an authentic city center atmosphere.

Our accommodation is located on a side street in the city center.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor to the right and is available for bookings 24/7, even late at night. Our short-term rental is based on automated processes. The check-in is contactless and can be done late into the night using a keybox – please also use this keybox for check-out.

Due to the central location of the building in the city center, the number of available free parking spaces is very limited. We are happy to provide you with recommendations on the best places to park your car!
This Simplex Apartment is a cozy unit located just about a 5-minute walk from Ettlinger Tor. Rewe City, the Ettlinger Tor tram stop, the marketplace, and the Federal Court of Justice are all in close proximity -> experience the heart of the city.

The 1-room apartment features a comfortable bed (140m x 200m), a dining/work desk with two chairs, a cozy leather couch, wardrobe, and a fully equipped kitchen. If you need additional bed linen, pillows, towels, or anything else, we are happy to provide it to you on short notice. You have your own balcony, providing a perfect opportunity to unwind in the evening.

In the kitchen, you'll find all the utensils you need for your stay. Non-perishable items are not discarded after use because fresh products deserve not to be immediately thrown away!

With our 100Mbit internet connection, you can easily watch Netflix, conduct video calls, or work.

The offer includes towels, bath towels, and shower gel. Our goal is to make you feel at home while cooking, showering, and sleeping.

Upon request, we are happy to provide you with utensils between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM if anything is missing!
