This ground-floor holiday home offers a comfortable and practical layout for a relaxing stay. In the house, there are some level differences due to small stairs between different spaces. Upon entering, you find yourself in the living room, where a cozy sofa invites relaxation in front of the television. The small dining table provides space for three people, creating a cozy spot to enjoy a meal.

The simple kitchen, equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, filter coffee maker, and kettle, serves as an excellent base for preparing meals in your accommodation when you prefer not to dine out.
Inside the house, there is one bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200cm) and a convenient wardrobe for storing personal belongings. If a third person is traveling with you, the sofa bed in the living room can serve as an additional sleeping space (140x200cm).

The bathroom in the accommodation is equipped with a shower, sink with furniture, and a toilet. For additional convenience, a washing machine and a tumble dryer is available for general use in the complex.
The house has two private parking spaces, but parking on the street is also possible. The highlight of the accommodation is undoubtedly the breathtaking south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy phenomenal views of the surrounding mountains. Imagine sitting there with a delightful cup of coffee and a local treat, soaking in the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings. During the winter months, Niedersfeld transforms into a true paradise for winter sports enthusiasts. The nearby slopes of Winterberg attract skiers and snowboarders of all levels, while the snow-covered forests invite you to idyllic walks. The frozen Hillebachsee provides an enchanting winter landscape and is perfect for ice skating enthusiasts.

At some of our accommodations you can use the (communal) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool in the area. Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
