Beach Bungalow is a one-level living vacation rental designed for easy living. You will have everything you need for the perfect beach getaway with the enclosed sun porch for additional living space. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating which conveniently doubles as the dining area. Several rooms are wall-paneled creating a cozy and comfy feel.

Off of the living area are two bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a shower, as well as the compact but very functional kitchen, which has everything you need. A door from the kitchen leads to the back deck which is the best place to eat al fresco, as well as to enjoy the water views.

Just a short path takes you to the Saratoga Creek Footbridge which leads you to your choice of Cape Hedge (to the left) or Long Beach (to the right). Life should always have such easy choices! Choose to spend your beach vacation in this idyllic spot in Rockport by the sea.

MAIN LEVEL

Front Entrance/Sun Porch: Enter to the cottage from the sunny screened in sun porch. Enjoy sitting and relaxing in the sunshine on the wicker couch or lounge chaise.

Family Room: The living area of the cottage features a comfortable couch and leather chair with a large screen TV, and the dining room table.

BR 1: The master bedroom has a Full bed.

BR 2: The second bedroom includes bunk beds. The lower bed is a double and the upper bunk is a Twin bed. The laundry unit is also in this unit.

Bath: The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

Kitchen: A compact kitchen area well-equipped with appliances and cooking utensils. The door leads to the back deck.

EXTERIOR

The back deck offers is set up with outdoor seating including a dining table and grill and offers views of the water.

There is off-street parking for 2 cars in the driveway.
