Less than 10 minutes walking from the heart of Lisbon: Praça Luis de Camões and Chiado subway station (connects to the main subway lines of the entirely Metro, Blue and Green lines) It is also a 5min walk from the most spectacular “Miradouro” (vantage point) of the city: Miradouro São Pedro de Alcântara. The flat has 100sm, modern living room with 2 amazing door windows with breathtaking view to the Tejo River and gardens, 3 bedrooms fully equipped with double and queen beds, complete bathroom and a service toilet. Please note that the rooms have no windows, but they are extremely quite and fresh. All the rooms have fans.


You can use the kitchen facilities, laundry etc. The kitchen is complete, with stove, microwave, and washing machine.

Within a walking distance from the main interesting areas of the city, you can walk to the main neighborhoods of Lisbon, Santa Catarina, Graça, Alfama, or have a drink at one of the biggest and most beautiful Squares in Europe, Praça do Comércio. The apartment full capacity is 8 guests..


The standard rate is for 6 guests. Above that there is an extra fee of 30 euro per each guest.


It is expressly prohibited partying inside de house. Noise is only available till 11pm. Please respect the building rules and the neighbors. We aspect that you treat the apartments as you treat your own place. Thank you for your collaboration.


There will be an extra fee for late check in of 15 Euro after 21pm.


Check in is at 15pm and check out is at 11am.


Jardim do Príncipe Real (Royal Prince Gardens) is considered the most trendy and glamorous neighborhood of Lisbon, combining the past and the present. It is a historical romantic style 19th century neighborhood full of life, with his habitants, with his restaurants, bars, modern shops, groceries, open gardens, botanical gardens, museums, city viewpoints. You can walk everywhere, including the city center in 10 min.
