O luxuoso condomínio Bayview oferece uma confortável e espaçosa casa de cobertura que o mantém acima da agitação do calçadão e oferece vistas panorâmicas da baía a partir do deck sombreado de 33 pés. Esta grande casa de praia é ideal para famílias ou casais e está localizada em um ambiente acolhedor. Somos uma família dos EUA e em nenhum momento estaríamos solicitando pagamentos a qualquer outro país.

Os recursos de design da sala aberta permitem que você aprecie a vista, seja para cozinhar, jantar ou conversar com a família e amigos! Cada quarto tem uma casa de banho privativa com azulejos para a máxima privacidade. Geralmente, são fornecidos um espaço de estacionamento na garagem e um espaço na superfície para um carro menor. Há uma área comum de quintal com grama disponível, também aproximadamente 12x25. A lavadora e secadora está convenientemente localizada na suíte! A lareira da sala é a lenha. Uma cozinha totalmente equipada é fornecida, bem como todas as roupas de cama e toalhas.

Great stay
The house was great and roomy. Fit my entire family nicely and loved the amenities it offered. House was clean and Richard was very friendly and helpful.

Ideal Location
If this is your first time to visit San Diego with your family the location of this property is ideal. Your family will experience two environments. The actual property is situated on the relaxing bay with calm waters and peaceful setting. Literally, you can walk to the Oceanside beach for the more active environment. Our children loved the opportunity to experience both “worlds!”

Wonderful
Great location. Great having washer and dryer in house. Large kitchen. Had to park our large truck in public parking. Garage full stocked with beach equipment - paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles, etc.

Family vacation
We stayed with our 2 teens for 10 days. It was a great location- quiet on the bayside but just a couple of minutes to the busier beach side. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed- the bikes and paddle boards were great to have! The views of the bay were amazing and we could see the sea world fireworks on the weekend nights! The unit is a little older and dated but the location and amenities more than made up for it.

A Wonderful Vacation
We spent 12 days in this unit. It takes up the entire top floor of a 2-story free-standing house. Below on the ground floor are 3 other units. The place is very well equipped, comfortable, spacious with a wonderful large kitchen that has everything you need. The 3 bedrooms are large and each has its own bathroom. It’s a great layout. The unit is directly on the Bay and we often had a grilled dinner on the porch overlooking the water. The Bay Area is much more quiet than the ocean side. But if you’re looking for action the ocean side is only 3 blocks away. The unit included use of the garage, 5 bikes, 3 paddle boards, beach toys and beach chairs. We had everything we needed!! It’s in a great location. We biked to the beach, restaurants and Belmont Park. There were only a few negatives: 1) the floor could’ve been cleaner when we arrived; 2) you do hear the airplanes but we gradually blocked them out; 3) one of the tenants below us regularly left around 5am in the morning, waking me and my husband up in the master bedroom since the driveway was right by the MB windows. Nonetheless it was a fabulous, relaxing vacation. I recommend staying here!

Spacious apartment on the bay
We enjoyed our week here. Very spacious and a bathroom for each bedroom is so nice! We were so glad to be on the bay side which is so much more peaceful than the beach side. But it was great to be so close to the beach for boogie boarding. We loved having bikes, paddle boards, bocce ball, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. to use! Being able to park in the garage was nice too. The seating in the living room wasn’t the most comfortable besides the recliner and of course there is a lot of airplane noise (which is true anywhere in the area) but otherwise a really nice stay. Great communication with the manager. Thank you!

The Perfect Cove Getaway!
If you're looking for a vacation stay that has it all, this is the place! Beautiful bedrooms with their own bathrooms attached, an open and spacious kitchen/living space, gorgeous bay views, and in the perfect location on the quiet side of the peninsula! Very quiet, relaxing, and the amenities are fabulous. During the day you can borrow bikes and paddleboards to explore the quiet bay, or venture out onto the exciting boardwalk, and in the evening enjoy the views from the second-floor patio! The hosts were communicative and friendly, and the house was completely spotless when we arrived. Check-in was a breeze. My group and I had a wonderful time, and we suggest this spot to anyone looking for the perfect, quiet Mission Beach spot!

Perfect property
The property was perfect! Spacious rooms. Owners have everything you need either for the beach or inside. Great location for the bay and beach. Agent very helpful, checking in and out a breeze.

Great vacation at the bay!
Love this place. The view is spectacular, the home perfect for our family. Everyone loved staying here. Can't wait to come back. Had everything we needed for our stay. Our son loved the paddle board, his kids loved watching him use it. The beach and board walk kid friendly. Quiet, peaceful and the ocean steps away.Thanks for a great week.

Family reunion
Wonderful bayside retreat with all the comforts of home that has the calmness and views of the bay with the Ocean only a 2 minute walk away. This was our 3rd year in a row here and we look forward to another week (or two) next July.

Perfect spot
Had the pleasure of spending Thanksgiving week at The Bayview. Combo family get-together to celebrate the holiday and my mother-in-law's 70th birthday. It was the perfect spot. Nice and quiet on the bay side. Beautiful home. Convenient to all of the San Diego activities that we had planned. 6 adults & 2 teenagers -- plenty of room for all of us. My mother-in-law is already looking at dates for a return visit.

Great family beach vacation
We loved everything about this place. Kitchen was well equipped, laundry facilities, fabulous large bedrooms (all of them!). Great grill, very comfortable outdoor living on spacious deck. Extra parking for a small car was added bonus. Even the neighbors are friendly and helpful. Contact person was very responsive when we developed a leak in a downpour. We are already planning to return next year.

Fun in the sun!!!!!
Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home for a week. We all enjoyed the beautiful bay and loved the frequent short walks to the ocean where we enjoyed surfing, boogie boarding, sunsets and so much more. Our teenage kids loved the park that was just a short distance walk as well. The rides, the food, shopping....it was all remarkable! It was a great location. Quiet on the bay and a little more festive on the ocean side. It was a great mix. We would highly recommends this place and maybe one day we will be able to return to this extraordinary place.

spring break on the quiet side
Lovely beach-front home on the bay, very quiet (except for our last day when a neighbor was doing some sort of jackhammer project, but that was no fault of the home!) just a quick walk across to the ocean side and Belmont Park which was filled with spring break revelers. Lots of fun to visit that scene and then come home to our quiet beach. We had adults and teens and it was a great location for everyone. We did surfing lessons just across on the ocean side, went to the zoo and Disneyland, and kayaked in LaJolla's sea caves. Lots to do! Owners super responsive and checked in on us even during their own vacation.

Beautiful view
We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful condo on the bay. It was very clean and spacious. The view of the bay was wonderful. Every night at 10 pm we watched the wonderful fireworks from Sea World right from the deck. Lots of great places to eat and have a drink right within walking distance.

Oh the view...
We (2 adults & 2 young children) just got back from spending a week at this property and we've been feeling homesick for it ever since we left! The pictures in the ad promise a really nice place, but in reality it's even nicer. Everything we needed was provided, the apartment was very clean and perfectly maintained. We basically stopped going to restaurants because having breakfast and dinner on the balcony with its beautiful, peaceful view of the bay was so much better. The kids loved having the beach almost to themselves and my husband and I loved the tranquility. Also, all the must-see sights and activities (Old Town, San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, La Jolla, Downtown Marina) are a very short drive away and you only have to walk a couple of blocks to get to the ocean if you feel like seeing some waves. We truly felt at home in this place. It was perfect all around and we would absolutely love to come back sometime.

We had a wonderful time!
we had a wonderful time! This house, in this setting, was perfect for us. (6 adults, 3 children 4 mos-4years) I loved waking up to my children and grandchildren in the same house; the privacy and space for each family; the peaceful, safe bay; the glorious, cooling, ocean breezes; the well equipped kitchen; all of it, every moment, was wonderful. And fireworks every night...come on, seriously?! I wouldn't recommend a single change.

Great condo for your family
We stayed a week with our daughter and her family. The two teenagers really enjoyed the proximity to Bellmont Park and Seaworld. Beautiful view, easy access to all points in San Diego, The property was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. We would definitely rent again. Jane was helpful and easy to communicate with. The photos that are posted are exactly what we found--view and all!!

Fit all our needs
Thank you for letting us rent your home for our family vacation. We had the most fabulous time. Exceptionally clean home, family friendly, relaxing atmosphere. It fit everyone's needs, young and old! Convienent to shopping, activities and restaurants. We couldn't have ask for a better place to rent. We would definitely rent again!

Well we didnt buy a vacation rental in South Mission Beach, it's our home! We looked up and down the coast from Oceanside to Imperial Beach and just fell in love with the neighborhood atmosphere of South Mission Beach. Those who live and vacation here are long time 'residents'. Our location is secluded because the beach is only occupied by residents and tenants. Just the right mix of access and isolation. You will love it.
