A casa Ranch está localizado no coração de North Coast região vinícola da Califórnia. Nossa Ranch House está completamente remodelada a partir de seu status anterior de 1970. Esta casa dispõe de um piso plano aberto. Não há mais a ser preso na cozinha por si mesmo! Agora, todos podem estar juntos desfrutando de conversa, cozinhar, ea vista incrível. Além disso, a casa tem novos pisos de bambu, bancadas de quartzo e armários feitos sob medida na cozinha e banho. Esta casa tem três quartos. O quarto principal é acompanhada de um banho mestre e walk-in closet. O quarto apresenta uma cama king Califórnia e vistas orientais. Há outros dois quartos ambos ostentando vistas espetaculares e ambos com camas queen size. A cama extra é um sofá-cama com colchão novo sonho ar. Não mais molas na parte de trás!

Há um grande deck Redwood que olha leste e sul ao longo da cidade de Cloverdale. As vistas das montanhas são inspiradores!

A cozinha inclui todos os aparelhos novos, incluindo um fogão a gás, forno de microondas, geladeira com máquina de gelo e máquina de lavar louça. Há uma lavadora e secadora disponíveis para uso, se necessário.

Desfrute de pequeno-almoço ou uma xícara de café em uma cadeira no jardim da frente ou um piquenique sob as árvores. Beautiful view

The place was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make a nice dinner. The view was spectacular and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. My family had a lot of fun. If we return to the area we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and peaceful stay

Andrea and Amy were so kind and thorough during the booking process. I had to make some changes to the guest list and they were very accommodating. The property itself was spacious, calm, and provided the best view in Cloverdale. It was the perfect place to unwind and decompress with friends or family! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you Amy and Andrea!

A home away from home

What a gorgeous place! Stayed here with my parents, in-laws, and our young children. They had a pack and play and high chair, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms and comfortable beds. We ate many meals on the deck. Our hosts were quick to respond to questions before we made our trip but the house was so well prepared that we had no reason to contact them during our stay. So thankful for how clearly and kindly they communicated so all we had to do up here was enjoy our time as a family and celebrate my brother getting married. Thank you for letting us stay at The Ranch House!

On top of the world

We loved our stay at the Ranch House. The home was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We felt completely at home. Our favorite spot was the deck to visit and enjoy the beautiful view. Great access to a hiking trail and proximity to grocery store was great. Would love to stay here again.

Great Home for Family Get Together

We had a wonderful time this week! Thank you so much! The towels, beds, pillows and bedding were lovely. The house was really clean. The space is roomy. We all felt quite at home. We really enjoyed the deck and the views. It is and feels really private while being in town. Thank you for being dog friendly, Biscuit was happy too :) Would highly recommend.

Privacy but just so close

Property was very large and private but yet so close to all the amenities. The Air conditioning was so nice considering we had a heat wave during our visit. The host was very responsive and the single level home was generous in space. Thank you

Comfortable and quiet

We loved our stay at The Ranch House. It has great views of the valley, a large deck to enjoy dinner on and comfortable beds for a great night’s sleep. The kids (and parents) loved the Atari and Nintendo (with Duck Hunt) in the garage! We loved that it was close to town but felt very secluded. The Cloverdale Friday Night Live street fair was a ton of fun! The house is perfectly situated for exploring Sonoma. We highly recommend Locals Tasting Room in Geyserville!

A true Gem

We found the property to be beautifully situated in a prime spot on a hill with an awesome view of Northern Alexander Valley. The location was close to prime eateries and the beautiful Lake Sonoma.

35th Anniversary

We were celebrating our 35th anniversary and chose Cloverdale because we love the town. We took a couple of beautiful rides, dined in some excellent nearby restaurants and had coffee and breakfast from Plank. The home was perfect for us! It’s quiet and the views are great. If you are a walker there are beautiful trails and neighborhoods adjacent. We will definitely request to book The Ranch House again!

A wonderful home with stunning views!

We came to this home for a few days of rest and relaxation. It was just what we needed. The home was well stocked with everything you need. The communication was thorough. It was very clean and comfortable. We sat out on the deck and enjoyed the amazing views of the valley. Stunning - just stunning! We would definitely book again. We walked quite a bit and hill to the house is quite steep so we are now in better shape! 😀. I think that is an excuse to drink more wine! Highly recommend!

Private property upon a little hill

After months of SIP, we were ready to change the scenery and wanted a nice place with ample outdoor space. We made the plan before the Sonoma wildfires. Amy was a great host keeping our safety as a priority and offered us options. We decided to take the vacation and had an excellent short getaway all things considered. We were able to river float and did a little wine tasting nearby. The house was cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the massive deck with a great view of the mountains during the day and The Milky Way at night. It was a nice getaway. Thanks to Amy for making it happen for us.

Wine Country Perfection!

This place is a treasure in Cloverdale. A perfect Thanksgiving retreat for our family. Great ranch style layout with no stairs, which was perfect for my 2-yr-old grandson. We have rented many VRBOs and I usually find a few items missing; HOWEVER, not at this place…it was complete in every way! Owners have thought of every detail needed. Very comfy beds, great linens & towels, plenty of paper goods, wonderful walk-in closet in the master bedroom, VERY CLEAN IN EVERY WAY! The views and surrounding gardens are spectacular. Truly a sanctuary after a busy day of shopping in Healdsburg and wine tasting along Dry Creek Road. Highly recommend the Barn Diva restaurant in Healdsburg and Truett-Hurst winery on Dry Creek Road. This home will be our new go-to for our trips to Cloverdale. A big thank you to the owners who were so gracious and helpful!

Absolute Perfection in Wine Country - 500 Star Rating ⭐️

The Ranch House is absolutely perfect in every way. From location, to views, to the wonderful owners to the immaculate appointments, the house is a perfect and wonderful getaway. Beautifully located up a long and winding drive, one arrives on your own private knoll with sweeping views of the entire valley and mountains behind you. The home is wonderfully and comfortably decorated and furnished. Extraordinary comfort and beautiful surroundings, you will have a magic time, as did we. The house is absolutely immaculate, the beds luxuriously cozy to sleep in, even the sofabes is amazingly comfortable. Amy and Andrea were responsive to my questions, and very very easy and wonderful to deal with. We were there for a family wedding, but my sister and I absolutely want to come back and explore this region in depth, find the hidden swimming beaches that the owners tell you about and just live out on their amazing deck and the sweeping views. I a have never in my life been more comfortable in a rental, and cannot adequately express how thoughtful, and comfortable the experience was, from the quality linens, clocks in every room, dazzling sunlight, just perfectly spacious and easy to live in. I’m ready to make an offer (grin). Truly a magical place and magical owners, you simply cannot find a better rental anywhere. John S Berkeley

Wonderful, comfortable & relaxing

We had our family with 2 grandsons with us. The house was perfect. Just “secluded” on top of a hill with panorama views. Nice amenities/soaps/towels and nicely appointed. We loved it!

We are sisters who grew up in Sonoma County. We ran through the hills of this property as children and now our children do the same. Andrea is a wine maker and Amy is a presentation skills trainer. We visit Cloverdale to relax and unwind and we know you will enjoy doing the same!

We are the 5th generation to live on this land. Our great great grandparents moved here and started what we now endearingly call The Ranch. This home was built by our father, who built it for his parents. Our way of honoring our grandparents is to let others enjoy this space as much as they did, and we still get to enjoy it too!

Quais são os elementos especiais deste alojamento?

Views, views, views! The Ranch House has amazing views from the front windows and the back deck - not to mention the beautiful views from every bedroom. Cloverdale is a quiet town in the northern end of Sonoma County. It has a slow, small town feel yet just enough happening to keep you busy while you're here! If you are out on the deck look just south and see if you can spot the skydivers jumping from airplanes just over the Cloverdale Airport.
