Condomínio Kiahuna Plantation - tão perto da praia!

A bela Kiahuna Plantation está localizada na mundialmente famosa praia de Poipu. Desfrute de um passeio por 35 acres de paraíso tropical, com jardins de orquídeas graciosas e cactos incomuns. Os edifícios são em estilo de plantação, com persianas nas janelas e ventiladores de teto que circulam a brisa do oceano por todo o condomínio.

Nosso condomínio, nº 167, localizado no Prédio 26, é um térreo, com uma vista parcial para o mar e uma varanda semi-privada, a menos de um minuto a pé do oceano! Desfrute de um ambiente descontraído enquanto janta ou janta em um dos dois churrascos ao lado da lagoa, a poucos passos de distância. A cabana de praia, que fornece toalhas, cadeiras e equipamentos para mergulho, também fica a apenas um minuto a pé do condomínio. Existem vários campos de golfe e muitos restaurantes a uma curta distância. Uma vez reservado, concederemos acesso ao nosso pacote de informações sobre o condomínio, Kiahuna e Kauai.

Somos membros do Clube Atlético de Poipu Beach. Nossos hóspedes têm acesso total ao clube, incluindo piscina com escorregador, quadras de tênis e equipamentos de ginástica, sem custo extra!

Mantemos o condomínio atualizado! Nossa recente reforma em 2018 e 2019 inclui a atualização do chuveiro, piso de cerâmica, carpete do quarto e todos os novos móveis de sala de estar e de jantar. Os pequenos aparelhos são trocados anualmente ou conforme necessário.

Kauai é um sonho para os amantes da natureza! O jorro de chifre é um fenômeno natural a apenas 2,5 km da plantação de Kiahuna. Desfrute de um passeio panorâmico pelo Waimea Canyon e aprecie as vistas deslumbrantes da costa de Na Pali. Existem muitos lugares maravilhosos para praticar snorkel na ilha, inclusive em frente ao resort. Surf, bodyboard e body surf também estão lá. Trilhas para caminhadas também são numerosas na ilha. O Heritage Trail fica bem em frente ao Kiahuna. Siga para o norte até o Hyatt, onde logo depois você poderá desfrutar de um passeio tranquilo por dunas litificadas. Também é um ótimo lugar para observar baleias entre dezembro e abril.

Relaxing time

The location of the unit was wonderful. Easy access to the beach. The breeze that flowed through the unit thorughout the day and night made the stay most enjoyable and comfortable. We would love to return to this unit again.

Very comfortable

Very comfortable, nice location, close enough to beach and BBQ. Could get a little noisy with neighbors conversing outside. But we had all windows open, so understandable. Recommend one more Tommy Bahama beach chair. Very happy with our stay.

Great location and property Beware NO A/C Laundry also not on property A lot of condos in complex have no A/C We loved everything else about condo but not having air conditioning kinda sucked If winds are strong it isn’t to bad with fans and shutters open Find a condo in complex with air

Absolute Paradise!

This place was amazing! We had a wonderful time. This place was clean and very comfortable. It was just as fabulous as Mary had said it would be. It was so close to the ocean. You could sit on the lanai and hear the ocean waves, which I did every morning enjoying my cup of coffee. It even had beach chairs and a beach umbrella that came in very handy. It was just a wonderful trip, I would definitely rebook here again, and I will recommend this place. Mary was so accommodating with all of our needs. I really can't say enough nice things about this place and of the owners. Thank you, Mary, for everything! Linda and Steve

Great Retreat

Just the right balance of hikes along the shore and restaurants all start within a short walk from the front door. Short drives to Koloa for busy shopping and groceries. National Botanical Garden up the road and on-site cactus garden are wonderful. Wish there was a vegetable peeler. We ate at the condo almost every night.

Great location to get to the beach and for easy parking. It could use a bit of updating, but since families book this unit for easy access to the beach with children, it’s understandable not to overdo any remodeling. We will book this unit again because we have a grandchild.

Exceeded expectations!

This was our 4th visit to Kiahuna and by far our best yet. The condo is SO close to the beach and fully equipped with chairs, boogie boards, all you need for the beach. The condo itself is so nicely furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need for cooking. Extra perk of being on the ground floor. Highly, highly recommend this condo. We cannot wait to come back! The bed is also very comfy, as well as the couch bed. I cannot say enough great things about this unit. Mahalo for the memories and opening your home away from home to us!

Beautiful Property & Location

Lovely ground floor unit. Met our expectations. Short walk to the beach. Walking around the property grounds was relaxing and enjoyable. Shopping close by and had everything we needed. We will be back again!!

Beach Close

Nice location with a couple minute walk to the beach. Easy access to the town and local resources. Placed on the sunny South Shore and within a little over an hour drive to the north shore and Waimea Canyon. Bring your sunglasses, your adventurous side and enjoy either hiking or snorkeling. Then return to relax at the condo.

Quiet Seclusion

We have been regulars at Kiahuna for nearly 35 years, always staying on the lawn. While this unit does not have the ocean view, it is tucked away and very peaceful. Our kids staying in 191 enjoyed coming over to have some quiet time on the lanai. Fun to be able to hear the live luau dinner music at the Sheraton on Monday nights too! You will hear the occupants of the upper unit walking around and most people are up at the crack of dawn with the roosters given the time difference. The shower has been upgraded and has great water pressure! The hide-a-bed was easy to set up and fairly comfortable for 5 nights. The K bed is firm. I had to fold up a blanket to make a pad for my shoulders. Clean kitchen w nice Cuisinart coffee maker and blender for smoothies. No spices or oils to cook with, but we had our own. Most units at Kiahuna do not have A/C because of the trade winds. This unit does not get as much natural air circulation, but there are ceiling fans and a couple of large floor fans. Beautiful island artwork throughout. Overall a nice unit, and great if you plan to do a lot of exploring on the south side.

Great location

My husband and I had a great stay at the Kiahuna Plantation. The condo is literally steps from the beach & there were beach items for us to use, so we did not need to rent anything. It was also nice to have a full kitchen & gas bbq grill is nearby, the lagoon. We will be definitely be back! We did have problems with the WIFi, as the password did not work. We had to wait 2 hours after the check in time bc the room wasn't ready and were told they were low in staff. Also, condo was clean, but a little dusty. Overall, a good experience & would recommend.

Wonderful time at Poipu Beach !

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Kiahuna Plantation resort ! The condo had everything we needed and was nicely decorated ! We were very comfortable even if no air conditioning, it was not necessary at all ! We were only a few steps from the beach and enjoyed our private patio where we often had breakfast and supper. For a wonderful vacation we highly recommend this place !

Our first trip to Kiahuna exceeded our expectations. Our accommodations were lovely and quiet. The grounds were beautiful. Staff members were friendly and welcoming. We hope to return!

Amazing!

This is an amazing place to stay! It's perfect distance from condo to the beach, so if you forget something you can just walk back (very quickly! only a couple of minutes!) And the outside green space is perfect with 2 young kids. And I can't say enough great things about Mary - she answered all my questions super fast and helped me with the booking. Thank you all again! Hoping to go again next year!!!

Great location & very comfortable

For being on the south side of Kauai, this condo is located very conveniently, near good places to eat and activities. There’s good walking right out the door south and easy hiking nearby at the Heritage trail with beautiful views. The nearby beaches are wonderful for bobbing in the waves or surfing. The condo is located away from the main road so there was no car noise. No drunken parties in nearby condos and we really appreciated that. Kids playing didn’t bother us because it was happy sounds & they settle down early. The condo had everything we needed. The only annoying thing was the noisy ceiling bathroom fan which was not in the room with the toilet and tub where it was really needed. It is located in an adjacent room with the sink. All in all, we would return. It was good for a three night stay.

Love the area

Kiahuna Plantation is a great place to stay & Mary's condo just makes it even better. It's close to the beach, snorkeling, and surf lessons if you're into that. Nice lani & comfortable living space. The area is quiet & the beach area is never crowded. Highly recommend.

We love the vintage feel of Kiahuna, the sounds of the ocean that we hear from the condo, the privacy of the lanai, the smell of the tropical flowers and the amazing grounds and gardens. It is a peaceful, special place that our family has enjoyed coming to every year for over 10 years.

The closeness to the beach! Early morning walks in either direction provide expansive views of the ocean as well as sea turtles swimming in the surf, dolphins and whales (seasonally). The preserved ancient sacred grounds add to the unique feel of this very special island.
