Unidade localizada do outro lado da rua da Praia Kamaole II. Kamaole Beach II é uma das melhores praias de Maui com belo pôr do sol, mergulho, natação, banhos de sol, bodyboard e piscinas naturais. Ótimo para as crianças.

A geladeira foi substituída recentemente e o banheiro principal refeito. Além disso, o sofá-cama também foi recentemente atualizado, assim como os colchões para as camas. O segundo quarto tem uma cama queen e uma cama de casal.

Do Maui Banyan, fica a uma curta caminhada de restaurantes, cafés e lojas. Wailea e Mekena são apenas uma pequena unidade para o sul. Kihei está centralmente localizado em Maui.

As unidades têm vista para o mar a partir das varandas (varanda, total de duas varandas). Este é um complexo seguro e amigável, com garagem coberta. O complexo foi projetado por um mestre Feng Shui e, como tal, tem um piso plano aberto, belos jardins e confortáveis. Um dos mais bonitos complexos em Kihei. As pinturas acrílicas foram feitas pelo proprietário.

Great little place

This property was a nice little place for our family during our visit. It’s not the most up to date but it was mostly cosmetic things that would be similar to if I was at home too. No major issues. The AC worked great and it has plenty of room for us.

spacious but dated

This property was able to accomodate 4 adults and 2 children with no difficulty. It is in a very good location, close to the beach and to retail. However, the property was dated. It required a good paint job, a good thorough cleaning and a repair of bathroom issues (sink, shower door). Requires much better kitchenware and cookware and utensils. Was unable to lock all the sliding doors as the locks did not function correctly. Had issues with the air conditioning in the second bedroom and the main air conditioner was very loud.

Great stay.

We had a good stay at this condo. The owners were very responsive and receptive. We weren’t expecting an high-end resort, but the price was great- location right by the beach, and it was clean. So it was great for our family. The couch in the front room folds out which was nice also. They also had extra chairs, boogie boards and sand toys left by others, so that was really great! Would stay again.

Great Place to Stay in Maui

We had a fabulous stay at this condo. The condo was clean and updated. The grounds of the condo were also well maintained. It was a great location, just a short walk to a good beach. My kids loved the pool which was also very close & convenient. We would definitely stay here again. It was on the 3rd floor and the elevator only went to the 2nd. It was fine for us though.

Excellent stay

Rental had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Maui. Was close to the beach parks and places to eat. Had a great value with a parking pass being included. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Disappointed and embarrassed

I come annually and stayed last year at a different suite Maui Banyan. That condo was stellar. This one is old, run down, holes in the bedspread, kitchen sink where the tap/counter is collapsing, real soft floor near the sink, lanai doors barely open, closest door off tracks, bathrooms and old and dirty, no soap, laundry detergent, beach towels are ragged old rental towels, bed in second room is older than us and springs pop often. Two gals it was their first time to Maui and I was ashamed of the condo I had to show them.

Great Location, and all you need for a good Maui vacation

This condo has everything you need for your stay in Maui. Great location. Great pool area. Close to many beaches, restaurants and shops. It could definitely use some renos/maintenance in the kitchen. The faucet at the kitchen sink is hard to control and blasts water everywhere, which has caused part of the countertop to rot away. Their were plenty of towels for our family of 5. We really liked having a washer and dryer in our room. The air conditioner worked fine. Their were plenty of beach chairs and some beach toys. A little cooler would have been nice, but they did have ice packs in the freezer. The mattress on the sofa bed is not very comfortable, but their was a foam mattress in the closet that we used to give the sofa bed some extra support. The code that was supplied to get into the condo did not work, we arrived late (10:00 pm), so we called the property managements after hours line and they were able to get a new code for us. It took them a few tries but we finally got in. Also the pool code that was supplied was wrong. But we were able to get the new code from the front desk easily. Their was plenty of room for parking, but the stalls are quite tight. Overall we had a great stay. We got this condo for a great price, which allowed our family of 5 to be in Maui, so we were easily able to overlook the little flaws. Would stay again.

Unit in poor conditions.

The unit we stayed in was very dated, the countertop under the kitchen tap was rotten with holes between sink and tap. The curtains were stained and dirty, very dusty and dirty, air conditioner didn’t work properly, the fridge had sticky tape all over the door, smelled old. Fire rescue, police and ambulance were there 3 different times. For the price we paid should have been in better conditions. The ground maintenance crew were very respectful. The evening security guy was very nice and funny, the grand kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The location to the beach was great.

Location, location, location!

When we arrived at the condo the passcode we were given didn’t work. Luckily we arrived before 4:00 and the property manager office was open and we were given another passcode. There was no key for the safe, so we called/emailed them but never did receive a key. We were there for 2 weeks. The owners were very easy to deal with and were able to accommodate us with a late check out. The condo had everything we needed. Towels, bedding, kitchen utensils etc and also beach stuff.

Maui Banyan 2 Bedroom unit

Unable to access the unit due to wrong door code. Took an hour to find someone to contact AA oceanfront to get a new code. This was at 10PM at night. Exhausted after travelling all day. We also had 3 issues with entry door throughout our stay where door would not open. Unit was not at all what we expected. Towels dirty, no A/C, no water in bathroom sink. Shower constant drip and hard to turn on. Counter at kitchen sink rotting away, floor by dishwasher rotting. Curtains very dirty. Screen door on bedroom lanai would not open, when service guy came to fix it fell apart. So no screen for 3 weeks. Phone in unit not working which resulted in using my mobile phone to contact AA oceanfront. Which resulted in an additional charge on my bill of $49.70. Got some of these issues fixed but took over 3 weeks. The most important was water in bathrooms and they got fixed 2 days before we left. We would not recommend renting this unit in the state it is in.

Beautiful stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Maui Banyan. The grounds were beautiful, the room was perfect, great location near lots of amenities, the pool was gorgeous and the BBQ facilities were awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family condo

This was a great little condo for our family of 5. Although it was not as updated as some of the other units in this complex, it was sufficient and priced accordingly. The two rooms are good sized and are very nice. The master bedroom just has pocket glass doors with minimal decorative privacy film. A curtain would be good for more privacy. Having plenty of towels, a couple of boogie boards, an ice chest, and a washer and dryer helped everything run just a little smoother. I wish there was tupperware for packing food (there were a couple of containers but no lids) and maybe oil for cooking ( I didn't really want to buy a whole bottle for only a few uses). The pool and hot tub was relaxing and the community propane BBQ'S were nice and very clean! I plan on being back in Maui very soon and would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

Property was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and affordable. Beach was a 2 minute walk and owner was great to work with. I will plan my next trip to Maui around the availability of this property.

Best Deal on Maui

Andy's condos (we rented both units) were absolutely perfect for us. The location is incredible - you are literally across the street from the beach and a huge park, well situated to all major attractions on the island, and free, safe, and plentiful covered parking. The condo has everything you could need for your stay and fun on the beach, perfect wifi and the building has gorgeous landscaping and two pools and bbq's. We had the best time!!

The best thing about this condo is the location.

Two great beaches are a walk five minutes away. The condo also had beach chairs and towels, buggy boards and more. Everything works in the condo. The kitchen was will stock with things for cooking and grilling. I would suggest to bring you own pillow if possible. We really enjoyed staying here.

We enjoyed location and size of condo perfect for family. Bed was a little too firm for me but LOVED the pillows. Best I’ve ever had traveling. Over all good place with pools, bbq, grounds.. Negatives: light burnt out above stove, no good fry pan so EVERYTHING stuck. No dish cloths or scrub pad to clean sticking pan, found garbage (water bottles, receipts that not ours) underneath all beds and beside dresser in master. Didn’t look like it had been mopped. All these negatives could be fixed and could have been a perfect experience.

Great location near the beach

First time in Hawaii and it was perfect! It was only two us but the unit is spacious and could accommodate more. We focus our time and energy sightseeing and being outdoors, thus, the unit is in the perfect location for us. We bombarded the host with inquiries, maybe a bit too many but they were friendly, patient and quick to respond. It does need some TLC and some of the millwork is outdated but everything works great including the ACs and W/D. It also has an assortment of beach items left behind by others for guest to use; one was a small broken umbrella which should be replaced by the new 8ft we donated. Complex amenities: both pool areas are great and well kept, BBQ we didn't use but plenty of other were, parking deck has tight spots so don't bring a hummer. We would definitely stay here again.

Por que motivo escolheu este alojamento?

The units at Maui Banyan have a very comfortable open floor plan. Also, 'the Banyan' has a fantastic location - right across from Kam II, a nice walk to shops and resturants, and close to Big Beach - one of our favorites. Finally, the complex is one of the nicest in Kihei - private, well maintained, great design, nice gardens, etc. In a word - perfect.

Very close to the beach, very safe complex, quiet, clean, great architecture. I like the clear balcony railing. Has a great entrance, great parking, great pool area with bar-b-que areas. Love relaxing here!
