This property was amazing to stay at! It was decorated beautifully, very clean, and comfortable. The host communicated promptly and clearly. There was a lot to do in and near town to fill up the few days we stayed. Highly recommended!

The home was well stocked with anything you could possibly need. It was within walking distance of downtown shops, and restaurants, which was great! The shower was a little awkward, but the water temperature and water pressure were perfect, so it was not much of an issue. There were plenty of suggestions for places to eat and explore from the host in the home. Overall, a great stay!

Great Stay in Wabasha

Had a great long weekend in Wabasha. We've been there many times, but this was our first stay at this property. It suited us very well and we'll likely book again next year.

This home is a winner!

You will not be disappointed with a stay at this historic Wabasha home. It is lovely—beautifully restored/maintained, comfortable furniture and outstanding kitchen. The owners have thought of everything, from the wonderful beds, bed linens, pillows—even bright lighting in the closets! When do you find that in an old home?! The AC(s) more than adequately cooled the home even in high temperatures. Ceiling fans were welcomed additions. Water pressure in shower was awesome. Reverse osmosis (I think!) water filter/faucet in kitchen also welcomed. Downstairs to the basement was another sitting area—a cool (literally) speakeasy vibe. Sitting out on the front porch—heaven! Including friendly neighbors walking or biking by who waved or greeted us. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. All in all, we had a very positive, but too short, stay in this historic Wabasha home. I would not consider staying anywhere else next time I’m in the area.

The house was better than described! Very clean and comfortable, and stocked with everything you could need- especially in the kitchen! Beds were super comfy and loved that each bedroom had its own mini split for heating/cooling. We had a family wedding in the area, and needed to prep some food, so the kitchen was perfect! Would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for a cozy winter weekend with three of my friends. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to make for a very enjoyable weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed to make great meals. The beds were comfortable and we all slept wonderfully. Having two sitting areas allowed for us to spread out and enjoy some time alone while we read, puzzled or watched a movie. What a great weekend! We'll be back.

Great location with awesome yard space!

The house was very well stocked with comfortable sleeping accommodations! The outdoor space was our favorite with a cute back patio, multiple outdoor games and an abundance of seating!

Amazing Historical Property

The house takes you back in time but has all the modern amenities needed. The town is charming and the people lovely. It’s a great place to disconnect and enjoy family time.

Historic Home

We had a great stay in this beautifully restored home. The owners have created a charming, relaxing place to stay - with the added plus of being close to walks along the river, a gorgeous golf course, and Buena Vista Park. Perfect.

Quiet neighborhood, close to everything.

We loved our stay in this cute and charming brick house! Super quiet neighborhood and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Beds were super comfortable and the amenities were top notch! Would love to stay here again for our next visit to Wabasha! Thank you!!

Weekend away

We came up to see some friends. The house was so charming and had anything you could possibly need. The patio and fire pit were a great place to hang out. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!

While this home had some of the limitations of living in an old historic home, we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had our morning coffee on the front porch, we were able to put together a puzzle or two, and everything we wanted was in walking distance. Our hosts had great suggestions for dining out and things to do. A great experience!!

Great weekend stay for all

We had a weekend stay during a family event, with ages from 45-10 years old. The property was immaculate, games provided for all ages. Amenities (laundry, kitchen, etc) all supplied. One of best VRBO/house rental experiences ever, and highly recommend!

Perfect for a girls weekend!

The house has everything you could need! Bring your toiletries and clothes and you’re set! Easy parking, perfect spaces to hang out and chat inside and out. We had the absolute best stay! One extra sweet touch was recommendations of restaurants/ activities from past guests. So unexpected and so cute.

Cute, comfortable house in a fantastic small town

I loved this house! The house itself was so cute with modern updates in the kitchen and bathrooms. The furniture (all 3 beds and living room couch and chairs) were comfortable and everything was overall so welcoming! The house was extremely clean and in a fantastic area within Wabasha. Truly a wonderful experience!

Amazing place!

This place has all the comforts of home! From the fully stocked kitchen to the amazing outdoor spaces, we were able to spread out and relax. Coffee in the morning on the front porch and social time on the back patio in the evenings gave us valuable family time. The house is well kept and has so much character. The neighborhood is quiet, so we were able to recharge for the next day's adventures. This is likely where we will book our stay for our next trip down.

Loved our stay at this historic home!

I cannot say enough about this adorable home! We enjoyed the patio the big umbrella and the air-conditioning! It was in the 90's when we visited and the bedrooms and house were very comfortable. Let's talk about that Speakeasy, which sold me on renting the house, I had to see it. What a creative way to charm up an older basement. They certainly have a flair for decorating throughout the house, definitely have attention to detail. We appreciated having start-up coffee pods. Would definitely stay here again.
