Second time we have stayed here..This is an amazing location and beach house.. direct access to the beach was perfect !! No driving fighting for parking beach at your fingertips.. walking distance to so much .. the house is spacious pictures do not capture accurately! Can’t wait to come back.

This is a great beach house, couldn’t ask for a better view and beach access. Parking was very convenient.shared space was ideal for guest including a fire pit. Can’t wait to return!!

Views were great, the unit was as described and clean and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. My stay was good. Negatives about the unit were the place needs new windows as half do not open, sliding doors are old and need replacement as well as the sliding screen doors. They are missing the wheels that keep them on the track and they serve no purpose. Therefore, when you want the ocean breeze to come through you also have to deal with the gnat's. The bedroom behind the living room has a king size bed in a room meant for a twin or full. The bed is pushed into the wall with no room to exit the bed to go to the bathroom. The unit is not level with about a 6 or 7 inch slope from center of unit to the patio wall. The patio is the best place and was appointed well. The glass railing is slightly wobbly and is being affected by the unlevel foundation. The grill works fine but is old. The couches in living room are uncomfortable and slope with the room. The refrigerator is good but the door opens halfway on the left side because it is against the wall. No pizza pan for the oven and no matching lids for frying pans. Overall the property needs work but we were there for the beach and the access and view were great. We loved Oceanside but will most likely look for a better appointed property on our next visit.

The place was really nice and clean. The air conditioner in the 2 rooms needs to be cleaned or replace but it was not extremely hot so it was good. Access to the beach with kids is in morning until afternoon when high high tide comes in.

October 2016 Stay

My family and I had an awesome 8 day stay in Oceanside!! The unit was clean, modern decor, awesome Ocean views from the living room, open kitchen and 1 bedroom. Plenty of bath towels was nice, beach towels and firm but comfy beds. Steps from the water was a plus along with the fire pit on the patio deck. We will diffidently be coming back to this unit!!!

Cousins Weekend!

We never turned on the TV, we didn't put make-up on and we never left until we checked out. My only recommendation to the owners; ceiling fans would help a lot. It was a bit humid and that airflow would have been great.

Being on the middle level, we did here people above us. There were some parking issues with the people below us. We had rain and water would come in from the one sliding glass door. I would definitely stay here again.

Spring Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is very well maintained and furnished, quite comfortable, and you can't beat the beachfront location for the price. What comes with it is potentially compromising neighbors above, as we experienced during our stay. A rowdy bachelorette party with the requisite dancing and shrieking to a stripper was a bit hard to explain to our young children as they attempted to hear a movie over the din. Next time I might opt for a more private unit with BeachFront.

Wonderful family mini-vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with our adult kids at the beach and had a fabulous time. The unit was clean and spacious and was equipped with everything you need. My only disappointment was that when we arrived early and found the place to be empty and cleaned, we couldn't get in earlier than 4:00pm. I understand that this is the check-in time, but when I've stayed at other VRBO rentals we could always get in early if the unit was ready.

Beach Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable stay at this rental. The view and property were beautiful and clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home was clean, had all the necessities for cooking and keeping clean, and incredible view across the entire living area. During low-mid tide, it has direct access to sandy beach which is only found for the few blocks in this area. South of this area is very rocky, north is a cliff. There are rocks at high tide, but we were very capable of walking down to the beach area and play on the beach. It was also nice to be able to watch the kids from the back yard area and be able to see them on the beach. This was a COVID getaway so to be able to have direct access to the beach was a must and was perfect. Neighborhood is nice for walks and running and our dog loved the park down the street.

Reviewer Comments: This Review applies to all 3 units (P5131-1, P5131-2 and P5131-3) that we rented from Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals during the week of Thanksgiving, 2016. All 3 units were clean, well-organized and adequately stocked. Outdoor areas/porches were neatly arranged and fully functional. The 5 (five) parking spaces that were provided for our vehicles was more than adequate. Location on the beachfront provided a semi-private area for our family of 13. This rental facility was an excellent venue for our children and grandchildren. I just received this unsolicited comment from my daughter/son-in-law, who have 2 children and are expecting their 3rd: “I feel like that entire week went by SO fast and I can't believe we're back to work today-- I miss the beach house and the waves so much!!! ???????? ”

Disappointed, photos didn't show the true reality

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpet was soiled and there was a big hole, there was mold in the bathroom, bedroom cabinet was broken, power went out in part of the apartment, TV was super tiny and we couldn't see the screen from the sofa, gate was broken and so on. I felt ripped off for what I paid and tried to work with the management and they said they would call me to work out something (I was hoping to receive partial refund, get into another place, or a credit of some sort). But they never called. It is too bad because we have used them several times in the last year but now we don't trust them so we will take our business elsewhere.

May 2017 Stay

Our first two nights at the Unit were great. Friday night we got a upstairs neighbor that played loud music. We let it slide that night, but they decided to throw a party on Saturday and we have been listening to loud music all day. I emailed beachfront at 7:30 at night and they responded. I called back at 9 PM and the maintenance guy told me he did a drive by and didn't hear any noise. It is now 10 PM and we are still listening to their music. I guess it would be hard to hear with the waves crashing outside with a drive by. The unit is nice and well stocked, but I expected a better response when it comes to noise disturbance. The walls are paper thin. I gave it two 3 stars for the way they took care of the issues. May not stay here again for that reason. No beach at high tide. Wasn't an issue for us since it was too cool to go in the ocean anyway.

As a suggestion, the next time you book with us, please let reservations know if you have any questions about a property. Family Get-Away

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property is very nice. Right on the beach, very spacious balcony. Beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. Plenty of towels and a washer and dryer in the unit which we weren't expecting, but absolutely loved having that convenience. Our first two nights were beautiful and quiet, but then we had a upstairs neighbor move in that was everything but. They had loud music blaring until 10 PM. The second day they decided to have a party with lots of people upstairs which is against policy. And it would have been ok if the music wouldn't have been so loud. I called at 7:30 PM to ask if they could ask the tenant to turn down the music. Mind you we have now been listening to it for hours. She said she would send someone to check on it. I called back at 9:30 PM since nothing changed and the maintenance guy told me that he drove and didn't hear anything. Maybe he should have come into our apartment to check on the noise level, because I am sure that with the ocean waves crashing and him being outside the house on the street in a car probably wasn't a good way to judge it. The had a big sign by the door saying "The party is here". I wasn't too happy about the response and might try an alone standing house next time. The property only had two minor issues. The sink in the first bathroom wouldn't drain well at all and the bench in the dining room was broken. We were able to work around it though. The location is great. It is close to all amenities. Maybe it would be great if they could actually enforce their own policy.

Crazy weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Before we got to the rental, we were told that there was a leak in the rough from the rain. They said they would move us the next night but we had to stay in this unit because they didn’t have any other unit available that first night. We got to the place and saw multiple leaks and the heat did not work. I told the guy the heat did not work but no one ever came out. The next day they started to send units we could move to to us but the first one didn’t sleep enough. The next one was nice and an upgrade but it didn’t have a fireplace and it was still very cold, I asked them if the heat worked in this place because it was freezing all night and the fireplace was the only help in the last unit. They said yes and that they would get us in as soon as they finish cleaning. After 2 pm I emailed and asked if she was going to email when it was ready or call? We had no clue or reference of time when it would be done and ended up just waiting around in the cool unit. She responded, “Lol....they just finished up you can head over.” I wasn’t laughing so I’m not sure if I was being laugh at or what. We got to the new place and it was nice, no leaks and it slept all of us. We turned the heat on because it was still rainy and cold. After a couple of hours the place was still not even warm and no fireplace this time. They had space heaters in each room and we set those up so the night wasn’t cold. Some of them blew the wall circuit, so only some worked. We called about the heat and this time someone did come out to look at it. He worked on it for quite some time and said it is a bigger fix that he can’t do. He came back about a half hour later with a big space heater for the main room. We went to plug it in and it took out all the power in the main room and kitchen. We looked for the fuse box for an hour while I called to find out where it was. My daughter finally found it behind a bedroom door behind the a picture. Minu
