Enjoyed our six night stay here in early August. Our flight from the US was delayed significantly due to weather and the management company was accommodating and proactive in following our arrival information when we were en route and still having someone meet us (nearly four hours later than originally anticipated). It was very much appreciated when we arrived exhausted. The woman who checked us in was unfamiliar with the property but tried her best to orient us. We found the microwave impossible to figure out and she found it hard too. She spent about 10 minutes reading the instruction manual (versions available in Portuguese and English) and trying to teach us, but none of us ever really got it. That wasn't a problem for us though as we never prepared hot meals in the apartment. Also, one of the living room windows was broken and could not be opened and also prevented us from running the AC in that room since it would have gone straight out the window. The management company had that fixed very quickly which was really nice.
Things to be aware of (none are problems, just nice-to-knows, especially for American guests) -
1 - There are two full bathrooms - one on a hall and one within the primary suite. We wound up just showering in the hall bath as the primary suite shower only has a handheld nozzle and a glass partition on one half of one side of the tub. It was very difficult (I tried once) to shower there without soaking the bathroom floor (which was slippery when wet). And with only one bath towel per person, we didn't have extras to wipe down the floor post shower.
2 - There's a washer but you must hang your clothes to dry. Typical for Lisbon, but took some thinking to figure out where to do it because the management company asks that clothes not be hung outside and we didn't want to hang them on anything upholstered.
3 - There's a safe in the primary suite closet, but it's not for guest use.
4 - There are 48 stairs from the entrance to the apartment door.
5 - Provisioning upon arrival included two small rolls of TP in each bathroom. We found laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs, presumably from previous guests, under the kitchen sink.
Overall, a nice place to stay with easy access to public transportation and everything we wanted to experience in Lisbon!
