This is a RARE single-family home, not a townhouse, duplex, triplex or condo, close to the beach and river with a private pool and relaxing hot tub (very rare & you will love it in the winter!). Meyer Lemon and Key Lime trees growing in the yard. Help yourself! The entire house, pool and property are yours, nothing to share. This home is pet-free and allergy-friendly. It is our family's second home, so we only rent for a few months per year. It is super clean. Not a typical rental. (We are also not eligible to be a "Premier Host" due to the few rentals per year.) We can sleep 5-6 guests but prefer to limit to 4. Extra-large, luxe dining room with oversized velvet chairs. Italian marble floors, premium appliances, wine fridge, water carbonator, comfy leather reclining sectional with very large Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. Third Smart TV in the extra room. Speakers are wired throughout the home. Marble shower tile in both showers. Both toilets have bidet seats. Blackout blinds in bedrooms. Large fenced-in backyard with patio, cabana, and Gas BBQ. At least 2 beach cruiser bikes with helmets for your use. Enjoy rides on the beach, even after it closes to cars. Or enjoy the front patio where you have a privacy fence and can hear the ocean steps away. Walk or bike to Flagler Ave shopping and dining. This is the quiet, North Beach end of the peninsula. Close enough to Flagler to walk for dinner, but far enough that you don't hear the noise. Only the sound of the waves. (Monthly rentals only)
