SEVEN TEN fantastic 4 bed villa & pool by Smugglers, perfect for fun times

Find fun, coastal vibes & spacious comfort at Seven Ten. The views are breath-taking as you enter the front door and the flow is effortless with a spacious open-plan layout where the large sliding glass doors open onto the pool and covered decks, offering plenty of usable outdoor space as well as the breath-taking views of course. The interior is white, fresh and modern with enough bold, fun soft furnishings to entice you to kick back and relax. With 3 bedrooms on the main floor, Seven Ten is ideal for families where children need to be close to the parents. All 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and access to different outdoor seating areas offering 4 couples spacious accommodations. Seven Ten is perfection!

Purchased after Hurricane Irma and transformed from a shell of a house to a gem of a home. The main living area has a seating area with smartTV, an informal dining table for 8 and a well-equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry and stainless appliances. The whole room can be air-conditioned or the floor to ceiling sliding screen-doors allow the ocean breezes and powerful ceiling fans to cool the room and floor-length net drapes diffuse the bright sun midday.

Three bedrooms (each with ensuite bathroom) are accessed from the living area. One bedroom has a king bed and 2 of these bedrooms can be made up as a king or 2 twins. Each bedroom has it's own screened sliding doors with access to the endless porches and seating areas that surround 3 sides of the villa. The poolside twin/king bedroom has direct access to the exterior poolside shower for private use.

All 4 bedrooms are in the same building but the 4th bedroom is accessed separately from the driveway. This private suite has a lovely covered porch, a king bed, a desk, walk-in closet, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee-maker and a bathroom with large shower.

All bedrooms as well as the living area are air-conditioned, there's also an automatic start generator in case of power outages.

Our BVI views are exceptional with the many islands and boats dotted on the horizon, and Seven Ten's panorama of Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Cay, Sandy Spit and Green Cay are certainly mesmerizing. So porches and decks are just as important as the interiors here in the BVI, and this one does not disappoint! The coral stone porch and purple-heart wooden pool deck are stylish and uncluttered despite the array of relaxing areas to spread out. You'll find comfy little chairs outside the bedrooms, poolside sun-loungers and chairs for tanning, the very popular swinging outdoor bed for reclining, the all-weather sectional for socializing, an alfresco dining area and the all-important BBQ!

Seven Ten (formerly known as Pegasus) was bought by repeat guests of ours who just happen to have stayed at 11 of our properties!! All the while they were taking notes of what design features, amenities etc they would like in their dream home! We project-managed their rebuild and the result is spectacular, a villa that's at once comfortable and stylish with it's fresh modern palette and decor.

Heaven on earth
Seven Ten is an amazing villa if you're looking to stay on the West End of Tortola. Rental company was great- helped us with car rental, boat reservation, and a driver from the airport. Greeted us upon arrival. The house is gorgeous and well equipped with 3 rooms upstairs and one down with separate outside access. Beautiful furnishings and impeccably kept. Outdoor beach closet has everything you need- snorkel gear, cooler, Tommy Bahama chairs. Housekeeper came mid-week to swap out linens. The drive up is not for the faint of heart, but the views as a result are incredible--we found ourselves not wanting to leave for excursions. 10/10 would recommend. The only thing we wish the house had was an ice maker and a hammock, but hard to find fault with a place like this. Can't wait to return.

SEVEN TEN was absolutely fantastic. The views were amazing and the property had everything we could have asked for and more. It was clean, updated, and located near Smuggler's Cove and bars/restaurants. The cleaning staff did an excellent job to ensure everything went smoothly. Additionally, the communication before and during the stay with the property management was fantastic. Highly recommend this VRBO and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Seven Ten is found in Belmont Estate, West End where many of the rental villas have been built so we have a great selection of restaurants within 5 - 15 minutes drive of the villa.

West End Jetty is just 10-15 minutes away, perfect if you're arriving by water-taxi from St Thomas (no ferries scheduled as of Oct'21), the New Horizon ferry to Jost van Dyke also leaves from West End jetty.

Soper's Hole Marina is another great West End feature, home to 3 restaurants (Pussers Landing, Omar's Coffee Shop and Omar's Fusion), Harbour Market grocery store, Arawak, Breeze and Allamanda gallery gift shops, plus Island Surf and Sail for all kinds of watertoy rentals.

We definitely recommend renting a 4WD SUV for your stay, there's plenty to explore. Tortola's only 12 miles long by 3 miles at its widest but it's a mountainous island and the roads can be pretty rugged with some sharp switchbacks on the hills.

We have some great taxi driver's in the West End who can meet you on arrival and bring you to your villa for a really relaxing start to your vacation. And of course they're available for trips to beaches, restaurants and anywhere else.
