Welcome to our cozy “Cheyenne Mountain” home in one of Colorado Springs's most sought-after neighborhoods! Thoughtfully furnished for all types of travelers and enhanced with unique amenities such as multiple gathering areas, outdoor space for pets, and an irresistible hot tub. You'll revel in the proximity to the mountains and the quiet ambiance of being on a residential cul-de-sac. Walk to Quail Lake park where kids can enjoy a playground, watch ducks, fish for trout, paddleboard or enjoy the mile trail with beautiful Rocky Mountain views in the background over the lake.

The Space:
Walk into a bright, inviting ranch-style home and melt into the comfy couch or armchairs in the living room. For those looking to unwind after a long day discovering Colorado Springs, this vaulted-ceiling living space provides relaxation and convenience. A large flat-screen TV, one of three total, provides guests with access to streaming services or cable. Sip your favorite coffee and watch the morning news from the breakfast bar or assign the additional dining space as the kid's table.

Follow the hardwood floors into the dining room, where a large 8-person table has pride of place. The dining room conveniently has easy access to both the kitchen and the outdoor grill on the deck. The space is lit by a stunning, contemporary-style chandelier hanging over the table. Open the slider and let in more natural light or beautiful, fresh mile-high air!

Additional seating can be found in the kitchen at the countertop bar. The kitchen is spacious and has plenty of storage and counter space, so meal prep with a large group is a breeze. Prepare a quick snack or a huge family feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. Featuring modern s/s appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Plenty of natural light illuminates the space, and the wood floors and modern finishes create a fresh and pleasant ambiance.

Down the hall leads to the main sleeping quarters. The first bedroom is considered the primary suite, with its own attached bathroom. Carpeted for extra warmth and furnished with matching stained wood pieces, the primary promotes relaxation and tranquility. The king-sized bed/mattress has been made with hotel-grade linens and only the softest pillows. Conveniently store clothes in the large closet and try on your best outfit in front of the huge mirror doors. There are also two matching side tables and a 5-drawer dresser for additional storage. Whoever claims the primary bedroom also enjoys the privacy of having their own separate bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and single sink vanity.

Across the hall are the second and third bedrooms. The second bedroom has been furnished with a queen size bed, bedside table, small lamp, and extra seating. It’s a simple, lovely room with a bright orange accent wall accentuated by the natural lighting that floods the room. Styled simply and functionally, the third bedroom is perfect for kids or teens. The matching twin beds are beautifully appointed with plush bedding and pillows.

Melt away any stress in the serene full bathroom, accommodating both shower and bath lovers. Minimal clutter, upgraded fixtures, and spotless surfaces create a spa-like escape. Along with the ultra-soft towels provided to each guest, there are also hand towels and soap.

Down the stairs from the living room leads to the finished basement with multiple gathering spaces and extra sleeping arrangements. The ultimate movie night is waiting to be had in the second living room at the bottom of the stairs. A large couch and matching armchair face the flatscreen TV and wall-to-wall brick fireplace. Both the bookshelf and TV stand are stocked with games and books so you can unplug and still be entertained.

Also in the oversized basement, is a game room/hangout spot with a foosball table, a card table with chairs, and another TV and couch. There’s also a day bed with pillows and sheets so your group will never run out of places to sleep in this house! Kids will love this area or anyone who wants some extra privacy.

The fourth and final bedroom is also in the basement, furnished simply with a queen-sized bed and bedside table. Though it’s on the lowest level, the space is still light and bright, accentuated by an orange accent wall and natural sunlight that beams through the window. A spacious, full bathroom can also be found on this floor with a walk-in shower. Embellished with tile flooring and a matching vanity and mirror.

A luscious 6-person hot tub and sleek grill wait to be savored from the backyard. The back deck offers the perfect place to barbecue, watch the stars, have lunch at the outdoor table, sit and read a book, or visit with friends. Guest Access:
The kitchen is modern, handsome and ready for your culinary creations. Access the expansive red deck from the sliding glass door here and in the summer months, enjoy a Colorado mountain sunrise with an unobstructed view of the east. The backyard is grassed and fenced, ready for the kids to play. Back inside, the home's 3 bedrooms are all located on the main floor, accessed through the hallway next to the kitchen.

Open, spacious and bright and featuring comfortable beds, the 3 bedrooms offer both privacy and quality appointments, professionally laundered. The master bedroom, with an immense king-sized bed, also sports a private and practical master bath. Bedroom #2 offers queen-comfort, and Bedroom #3 features (2) twin beds perfect for the kids,. Just down the hall are the stairs leading to the comfortable, cozy basement with an additional wood-burning fireplace in the den. We can smell the campfire and hear the crackle of the fire already! There is an additional sofa bed and king bed located here, along with another full bathroom for privacy and comfort. Also, in the basement's unfinished quarters is a full laundry for guest use. This home offers, plainly and simply, an exceptional value for travelers, for families or groups and we welcome you to Colorado Springs!

The Neighborhood:
One of the best aspects of staying here is being in such close proximity to Cheyenne Mountain and The Broadmoor. The neighborhood itself, Broadmoor Bluffs, is an established, coveted community that boasts treasured views of Pikes Peak. Just within walking distance is the scenic 22-acre Quail Lake and Park. Golf fanatics will appreciate the short, 4-minute drive to The Country Club of Colorado at Cheyenne Mountain Resort. The world-renowned Broadmoor Resort and Broadmoor World Arena are also less than 10 minutes away.

The neighborhood offers plenty of nearby conveniences, including multiple retail chain supermarkets, and local options such as King Soopers and Cheyenne Meadows. There’s also a wide variety of dining options representing every imaginable type of cuisine, from barbeque to sushi. Colorado Springs stay
Overall was good. Had to ask for check in instructions the day of check in. There was garbage in the garage. Would have preferred to speak directly to owner but had to go through property management company which I would prefer not to do. When I called I never got anyone to answer but they were quick to respond and call me back however.

Bad Kitchen, Nice Place Otherwise
A fine place to stay as long as you don't want to use the kitchen. The kitchen is missing a lot of basics, with no storage containers at all. We let the owners know on our first day, with many meals yet to cook, and they did nothing to correct the situation. We had a fine time with the place, just don't come expecting to cook.

Clean property and hot tub at a good location
This property lived up to the description. It was clean and met the basic needs of our five guests. We enjoyed the hot tub and location for the activities we had planned. As you can see in the photos, the decor is dated and some items are worn like the patio chairs and towel racks in the bathrooms that have fallen off but not replaced. The neighborhood seemed nice enough except for the old RV parked on the side of the house next door. The property manager was quick to respond to our disappointment about the lawn being overgrown and had it mowed that same day which made a big improvement. You can also enjoy a mountain view from the front yard.

Nothing fancy
Pros— comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for everyone to shower, good water pressure, close to many activities. Cons…while it’s relatively easy to communicate with “Hoste” they need to keep in mind that “actions speak louder than words”. We would get a relatively quick response, but in word only. When we arrived Sunday eve, the large garbage can in the garage was literally overflowing and the stench…well it was beyond description. It was obvious that the cleaning crew knew it stank because the windows were open despite the A/C being on, and the can of air freshener was left sitting out on a dresser. There was a cleaning rag hanging over the bedroom doorknob. There was only 1 working lightbulb in the bathroom, and one of the pillowcases looked like someone drooled all over it after eating something red. We called to have the trash (and thus the odor) removed, and have lightbulbs replaced and get clean pillowcases ( there were more pillows in the house, but no pillowcases for them) and got a quick apology with a promise to have it taken care of right away. None of it was taken care of until Tuesday, and the lights were never taken care of. Looking at other reviews, it seems to be a recurring problem. The house has more potential than it achieves. The landscaping is overgrown with weeds and overgrown , out of control bushes. If you are looking for a place that feels like a cozy, welcoming return home after a day of adventure, DO NOT rent this house. If you are just looking for a convenient , mostly clean, place to sleep and shower, this place is perfect for you. I say “mostly clean, because the bathrooms and beds seemed clean, things like the blinds, light switches, carpet under the dining table are in serious need of a deep clean.

Nice Place But…
It was nice safe place with value for the price spent…but… The keypad didn’t work. Had to call VRBO because Hoste only seems to communicates via email. There was no way to contact owner. The house was as described. Nice quiot neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Ice machine is not functioning so grab you some ice at the target down the road. AC works really well. , kept the house pretty cool. The wi-fi internet is a bit tricky to log on to and on the slow side. Garage door is kinda tricky, washer machine spin cycle would sometimes leave water causing you to have to wash twice. Back porch was nice. Quail park was just a stones throw away. Great stay for the price. Safe. Would stay again but hope the communication between Hoste/VRBO/Owner can be better next time. Sometimes you just want to speak to a person. Especially with a lot of money tied up in an unknown. Thanks, Q.Norwood Orange Texas
