From the moment you enter this lushly landscaped Island home you will immediately enter into vacation mode!
This beautiful home offers everything you will need for a great vacation! Gorgeous waterfront backyard oasis with a covered lanai, outdoor dining and an inviting swimming pool overlooking a beautiful open bay waters teeming with dolphins and manatees! Sit at the end of the dock and drop a line! Pool is heated to 82 degrees. Pool pumps/ heater runs from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. during winter and fall months. If you want the temperature higher, there will be an additional daily fee.

From the inside, the spacious great room open concept offers ample seating for relaxing or kicking back for a movie! The open kitchen comes fully stocked and equipped with stainless appliances.

This 3 bedroom 3 bath home with a study offers a breezy open floor plan with room to stretch out or entertain. The master en-suite has a king size bed and walk in shower! The 1st Guest room offers a queen bed and is also en-suite with full bath. The 2nd Guest room has 2 Full size beds. The study area offers a queen size pull out sofa bed with great views of the pool area and bay waters. BTR#1715

Things to know:
- This property offers a 3 to 5 day supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags
- You must be 25 years of age to book any of our properties. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants and will be
the responsible party.
- No Smoking. or vaping in the home – up to $500 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the house
- No Pets.
- No Parties.
- No Trailers
- No Parking in gargae

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE REGARDING HEATED POOL:
Pool heaters only function while the pool pump is running. The pool pump typically runs 8 to 10 hours per day.
When temperatures consistently stay below 65 degrees during the day and colder at night, it is not likely that the pool will achieve desired heated temperatures of 82 to 84 degrees. On the rare occasion our temperatures dip into the 40's, the pool heater will not be able to function adequately so will not be turned on.

*This property has a charge of $35/per day to increase the temperature of the pool over 84 degrees.

We do not give refunds or credits for cold weather and or mechanical failures. We will do everything possible to remedy any situation within our control.

Spring Break 2024

We had a fabulous stay in March for Spring Break. The house was just like described and had everything we needed including plenty of beach towels and chairs. The beach was just a short ride away and was so beautiful. Tons of local restaurants made dining out fun and delicious. The house also had a great kitchen that made eating in a breeze. Taylor from Seaside Property was great at answering questions and always quick to respond. Overall it was a great week and we would definitely go back!!

Excellent Vacation home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very clean on arrival. There were plenty of pool towels to use at the pool. We appreciated the beach chairs and wagon to use on the beach! The pool was clean and we enjoyed fishing off the dock! The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing! We had 7 adults. The only comment I will make as a heads up for an adult guest is the queen mattress that was on the pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable. I would deem it pretty much unusable. As a result we had two 6 foot 3 people trying to sleep in two double beds. Not ideal. Overall though, a wonderful vacation home. The management company was VERY prompt and responsive. In 20 years of renting homes, they had the best response time.

October Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was overall great! One complaint is they guaranteed the pool to be heated to 80 (which I think was the agreed temp) however the homeowner turned the heat on at noon day of arrival. It took 3 days to heat up so unfortunately we weren’t able to use the pool as much as we intended with the kids. Location is very quiet so glad we rented a car and traveled to beaches, restaurants etc! Our family likes entertainment so we just had to go find the happenings. It is a beautiful view to enjoy your morning coffee & or evening night cap. Husband and kids fished off the dock. All in All our family loves FL so we enjoyed our week in October!

A fantastic stay in a fabulous house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great vacation in this house. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The decor and furniture is very tasteful and of a high standard. We found the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The outside area, including the pool, was also very well maintained. Sharon the manager was exceptional and professional, and provided excellent customer service. We would have no hesitation in using The Seaside Property Shoppe again and I would highly recommend the property to anybody wishing to stay in that area.
