This house is large and will easy sleep 10-12, making it perfect for your family getaway, couples weekend, or a hunting trip up north.

It is a three bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom house. Two rooms with two full size beds, and one bedroom with a queen bed. Large living room with couches and an additional large rec room with a couch and 2 futons for additional sleeping.

The kitchen has everything you need for appliances; full size fridge, electric stove, microwave, dishes, basic utensils, crockpot, griddle, toaster & coffee maker. Large bathroom with shower and 1/2 bath off the living room. Washer & dryer provided to use while staying. Please bring your own laundry soaps if you plan on using them. The house is fully furnished with linens and towels. We do provide 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel, it is recommended to bring additional. Dish soap and hand soap is provided. Central AC & fans provided.

There is back yard area with a deck, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. You'll enjoy the HUGE garage space to store your toys while you stay. The garage is furnished with patio furniture, a dart board & an air compressor. Large paved driveway with plenty of parking.

If you enjoy playing on the lake or hitting the trails this spacious house is the perfect location. It's located just down the road from beautiful Houghton Lake with public lake access at the end of the road & close to public beaches & boat launch. Its close proximity to the lake means you are just a couple steps away from boating, fishing and kayaking on beautiful Houghton Lake.

You are also minutes away from the Denton Creek ATV trail/ORV Routes and snowmobile trails, linking you to miles of ATV trails & ORV routes. From the house you can hit the trails and ride to beautiful destinations like St. Helen, Leota & more. Roscommon County is an ORV friendly county so you can ride from the housr to the trails, stores or to enjoy dinner at local restaurants.
