This beautiful designer home offers everything you would want for a wonderful home away from home. The large, open floor plan invites ease of entertainment and enjoyment. Fully appointed kitchen with breakfast nook with seating for four. Additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. Spacious dining area and living area has electric recliner sofas. Open up the sliders to a comfortable and inviting enclosed lanai. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closets and large bathroom suite. Separate water closet and roman shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, front bedroom is set up as a den with large flat screen TV. The closet in the den is for owners' usage. Guest bath has shower/tub combo. Stunning home, beautiful lot, great location, don't let this one get away!

We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. Great Stay

This was our first stay in The Villages. We really enjoyed all of the activities and the location. We definitely plan to return!

Great rental

Our stay at The Villages was great. The house was perfect for our needs. Close to a pool and Pickleball courts. Even though the courts were closed for part of the month for resurfacing there were other courts within a short cart ride. The house is very roomy and the kitchen had plenty of dish ware and cooking utensils. That has been a problem in other places we’ve stayed. We had an issue with the refrigerator ice and water dispenser and they had a repairperson there right away to fix it. The only suggestion I could give would be to provide detailed info on what controls to use for the TV and what channels are available. We’ve stayed in numerous rentals and all the TV’s are different. My son thinks that’s an indication of our age. All in all this was a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Nice place. Poor communication

We enjoyed the home and the location. Very nice. Remax was difficult to work with. Required to sign contracts over and above VRBO guarantees b4 we got there. Got to the home and they have MANY rules. We had a few issues like the cable, etc and they did not respond for 24 hours. We called about the cable box going out on Friday night and we didn’t hear back until Monday. Shalyn was very friendly. Judy not so much.
