At the back of the living room there is a work space perfect for a quick zoom meeting or catching up on school work.

The living room leads into the kitchen equipped with large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of counter space. There is also a dining space with spacious seating. From here you can step out into the enclosed sunroom, the perfect sun trap in winter! Equipped with a BBQ and leads into the enclosed courtyard garden with outdoor seating.

The King bedroom is situated downstairs, a large and spacious bedroom with built in wardrobes. There is a large bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. There is also a separate toilet as well as laundry space with both washing machine and dryer.

Moving upstairs there is the second bedroom with Queen and walk in wardrobes and the third bedroom contains 2 singles which can be combined into a king bed. If you come down with the kids head to the local playground just around the corner or up the road to the Skate Park if they need to burn up their energy. Stroll a few minutes into town and enjoy the variety of cafes and restaurants as well as weekend markets and events.
