Being in the heart of downtown the location is ideal. A stone's throw away from BellMTS Place, True North Square, dining and nightlife, The Forks and the Historic Exchange District. Located in Downtown Winnipeg steps away from nightlife, restaurants and attractions.

Our goal is to ensure our guests feel as " at home" as possible while staying with us. We take great pride in creating a positive guest experience which is why we provide complimentary Wifi, Cable and all basic essentials!

-Check-in : 4 PM (Early check-in is subject to availability + additional charges) for check-in after 10PM, please notify us
-Checkout : 11 AM (Late checkout is subject to availability + additional charges
-Last Minute bookings for same day check-ins may have a delayed check-in time of until 7 PM due to the last-minute notice. Please check with us prior to booking!
-Smart TV with streaming apps are provided but with the use of your personal account
-Complimentary Starter Packs are provided to jump start your stay & not meant to last for the whole duration of your stay.
-Trailer Parking NOT available (includes other oversized vehicles)
-Street parking is subject to snow bans and traffic bans: Tenants can check the availability by calling 311 and check snow route bans on KnowYourZone app

-Extra Pillows, Blankets, Towels, Crib & High Chair is available upon request, subject to availability w/ transportation charge (request must be made at least 24 hrs before check-in on weekdays)
-The shared building amenities may be closed for cleaning or maintenance without prior notice. Nest Host has no control over these and will not issue any refunds/ entertain cancellations for the said reason.
-Garbage Disposal for Homes: Guests will be responsible for rolling out the bin before the garbage day (scheduled to be communicated by Nest Host) Guest can request Nest Host to roll out the bins for $30. DO NOT OVERFILL the bins as they will not be collected & would have to be disposed differently which will incur costs.
-Mailbox use is unavailable
-Management is not able to receive packages on behalf of tenants
-OFFICE Hours: 9AM - 6PM Weekdays
-Emergency Line for lockouts, flooding, power outage is available after hours + weekends
-Mid-stay cleanings must be scheduled for stays 60 days and above. This is a complimentary clean but is vital for us to ensure the maintenance of our property.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:

-Conserve energy & turn off AC & lights upon checkout
-Ensure the thermostat is set to the following temperature: 67F/19.5C in the winter and 74F/23C in the summer
-Wash & dry used dishware, utensils & cookware
-Please take out the trash to the designated garbage disposal upon checking out
-Lock the door, windows and any possible point of entry before leaving
-Garbage Disposal for Homes: Guest will be responsible for rolling out the bin before the garbage day (schedule to be communicated by Nest Host)
-Please let us know if you plan on departing before the 11:00 am checkout time as we have a team standing by to clean the apartment after your departure

We are here to make your stay comfortable & memorable! For virtual assistance, our Nest Host team is available from 9 AM - 10 PM and just a message away. For any assistance needing physical appearances, our office & staff work from M-F 9 AM - 5 PM.

Wander around downtown for the day and you'll find yourself surrounded by Winnipeg’s famed architecture, a mix of turn of the 19th century and early 20th century masonry (or, as we like to say, stone skyscrapers) and modern glass buildings. You’ll also be introduced to downtown’s culinary scene, where gourmet sandwiches, food trucks, and handcrafted cocktails are aplenty.

Above all, you’ll see the people that make this place so great - like the singer/songwriters on stage at downtown’s many live music venues, the tour guides who can introduce you to landmarks like the much-photographed oculus at the VIA Rail Station, the chefs and shop keepers of the trendy boutiques and restaurants, and our famed Golden Boy, who looks out from his perch on top of the Manitoba Legislative Building.

You can’t mention downtown without talking about Bell MTS Place, which is the home of both our NHL team, the Winnipeg Jets, and our AHL team, the Manitoba Moose. Bell MTS Place is also the go-to venue for big touring acts like Fleetwood Mac, Lady Gaga and Arcade Fire, and is one of the busiest arena venues in North America. Also in the SHED (Sports, Hospitality and Entertainment District) are cultural landmarks like the Burton Cummings Theatre, Dalnavert Museum, the Millennium Library, Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet and the restored Metropolitan Theatre.

The Forks, Winnipeg’s most visited tourist destination, is also part of downtown. Amongst its sprawling grounds you’ll find the iconic architectural marvel, the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, the Children’s Museum, the Manitoba Theatre for Young People and the bustling Forks Market– which contains vendors selling locally-made gifts, food, fine wines, and skate rentals in the winter. The iconic river intersection boasts the Red River Mutual Trail, one of the world’s longest skating trails in the winter, and water taxis and boat tours in the summer.

Would go back if traveling alone
Small but well appointed, clean unit ideal for 1 or 2 people. Heart of downtown which should be a good thing however there is a significant concentration of sketchy people. Lots of open alcohol/ drug use. Constant sirens at night. Not safe to walk after dark

Not as advertised.
Dirty (Stained couch and pillows) lack of chairs/table on the balcony. Kitchen sink had food (?) hope it was food still in it, had to clean it before using. Locked out of building two nights in a row. Worked during the day but no entry after hours. Bedroom not set up for two (2) adults, having to crawl over each other. The tv is only set up for Netflix and Youtube, would have luved to be able to watch reg tv.. So basically a great view, noisey, but the stains, dirty sink, pull out for the shower, made it less then advertised.
