This beautiful vacation Villa offers 3 individually furnished bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a beautiful den for relaxing and working, 2 modern bathrooms and an electrically heated swimming pool with lake views. When entering the house you are overhelmed by "the vacation feeling" due to the beautiful view of the swimming pool and lake. The master bedroom with a modern bathroom invites you to unwind and relax. From here one can enjoy beautiful views and one has direct access to the pool and lake. The other two bedrooms are located on the other side of the house, where the second bathroom for our guests is located. In the center of the cozy vacation home is a fully equipped and comfortable kitchen. The open floor plan connects the kitchen, the cozy living room and dining room and also forms the heart of the house. The outdoor area including BBQ leaves nothing to be desired and unforgettable vacation moments are guaranteed. The modern swimming pool is facing south and offers sunshine or shade underneath the truss lanai all day long. For the guests who like fishing, stand-up paddle boarding, canoeing or just relaxing at the lake, there is direct access to the water through the private dock at the house.
 

Villa Shamrock Lakes befindet sich im Sued-Oestlichen Teil von Cape Coral in einer sehr ruhigen und schoen eingebetteten Nachbarschaft direkt am wunderschoenen Shamrock Lake, welcher sich optisch wie ein riesiges Kleeblatt in die Landschaft einbettet. Diese schoene Ferienvilla bietet 3 individuell-eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, einen grosszuegigen Wohn und Essbereich sowie eine wunderschoene Wohnnische zum verweilen und arbeiten, 2 moderne Baeder sowie einen elektrisch beheizten Swimming Pool mit Blick auf den See. Beim betreten des Hauses spuert man bereits Urlaubsfeeling pur, allein schon wegen dem wunderschoenen Blick auf den Swimming Pool und dahinter liegenden See. Das Elternschlafzimmer, mit modernem Badezimmer laedt mit seiner wunderschoenen Aussicht und direkt Zugang zu Pool und See zum entspannen und trauemen ein. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer liegen auf der anderen Seite des Wohnbereichs, dort befindet sich auch das zweite Badezimmer fuer Gaeste. Der Outdoor Bereich samt BBQ laesst keine Wuensche offen und unvergessliche Urlaubsmomente sind garantiert. Der moderne Swimming Pool ist Richtung Sueden ausgerichtet und bietet somit Sonne pur und zugleich Abkuehlung den ganzen Tag. Fuer die Gaeste die gerne fischen, stand up paddeln, Kanu fahren oder am See verweilen moechten, hat man durch den eigenen Dock am Haus direkten Zugang zum Wasser.
