If you're looking for a romantic 1-bedroom on the beach with room for a small family or a couple of extra guests - you've found it! Our 1-bedroom includes large windows with a view, king-size bed, and full bathroom. Our living area includes a living room with sofa bed for 1 to 2 extra guests, guest bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and balcony with an unbeatable tropical view of the well-maintained grounds and panoramic beach. As-is, our condo is equipped for 4 guests, however - up to 6 may stay if you provide your own air-mattress. We hope you enjoy South Padre Island and our 4th-floor 1-bedroom as much as we do! "Balcony View, convenience to beach access, furnishings, pool were great! Kitchen dishes, pots, pans ,etc. were adequate. Maintenance was responsive (had to have DVD player replaced while we were here). Overall, very enjoyable. Would definitely rent this condo again!!!!"

RESORT FEES
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
