Come home to this one-of-a-kind apartment located in the heart of Auckland City. Tastefully furnished in retro style, the space features exposed brick walls and eccentric touches. Delight in the calming views of leafy trees and nearby Albert Park.

It has a cosy seperate bedroom with double bed. A bathroom with rain shower head and normal shower head.

There is a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. TV with all Freeview channels and free unlimited wifi.

This apartment is located right in the heart of Auckland City. Stroll across the road to beautiful Albert Park, enjoy the cafes next door, or venture to Sky Tower just five minutes away.

Perfect for an Auckland stay

Had everything for a pleasant stay, A tasteful mix of modern and the past. Close to Queen Street, heart of the business district, yet next door to Albert Park. Plenty of dining options nearby, shopping, and acess to the water front. Great for singles or a couple to spread out in. Loved the shower and the plush towels. Five stars all the way.

Perfect Auckland Stay

The location, the amenities and the comfort of the space was the best I experienced in my entire time in New Zealand. I hope leaving a glowing review doesn't impact the demand for this place so much that I can't reserve again next time I'm in AKL!

Great Value and Location

The unit was well appointed, clean and a great location close to restaurants, grocery store and transit. The park across the road is lovely.

Check-in process

We had difficulty checking in. Taxi could not find the number so dropped us off at the top of the street and told us the address was in that block. The numbers were not visible. We sat at a lovely café with four suicases and our phones, using the cafe's wi-fi and talking turns going out looking for it. Eventually, the fantastic young manager took one of us out and we did find. I suggest that the address number should be more prominent and some kind of signage be posted.

Delightful

This was the perfect place to stay while touring Auckland and surrounding areas. Easy access to small tour pick up locations as well as Hop on Hop off bus tour. Public transportation was also very accessible with bus stops all around. Little restaurants, pubs and coffee houses everywhere. The home was clean and lovely. Host was very responsive. A delightful stay! Thank you for sharing!

I am a fun loving New Zealander and have lived in Auckland all of my life. I love yoga, beach walks and bike riding.

I love being a VRBO host and sharing my gorgeous inner city apartments with travellers just like you. They are fully self-contained and have fresh linen and toiletries. I travel a lot and so know how important it is to have a clean, comfortable and welcoming space to come back to after a busy day.

My aim is to give you a sensational Auckland stay, so you can fully enjoy all that this great city has to offer

Por que motivo escolheu este alojamento?

I bought this property because of its location opposite the gorgeous Albert Park.

I renovated it a year after I bought it, exposed the brick and put in the separate bedroom. The space is designed to be an urban oasis, with solid wood kitchen bench, loads of plants and quirky retro features that makes this a home away from home.

Character apartments like this are rare in Auckland. Its location to me is the best the city has to offer.
