With the beach just a quick walk away, you'll be able to nip down for a dip in the waves, and when you get home, rinse off under the outdoor shower if any pesky sand comes home with you. Waihi Beach is a truly stunning holiday destination, with safe surf and 9km of soft golden sands.

During your stay you'll also be able to help yourself to the two surfboards and four boogie board, plenty of holiday gear to keep you busy.

For the closest tasty spot to eat, you won't need to go far with Surf Shack Eatery just around the corner - less than a two-minute walk, down a pathway at the end of Reel Road, till you're sipping on a barista-made flat white!

Waihi Beach village shops and cafes are a five-minute drive away. And for some adventures there are also many walking and cycling tracks to explore the area.

Due to the close proximity to a deep drainage ditch that is filled with water at the edge of the property, guests should closely supervise young children when outside to ensure they are safe around water.As there is no fence between the property and the airfield, adults are encouraged to closely supervise young children while outside.As there is a section of the deck without a barrier with a small drop on to grass, all guests should take care when using this area due to the risk of falls.Please be aware the sleepout/laundry at this property is accessed externally.
